Great video! I was able to correct my initial error of 007 by updating the microphone. However, I now have an error 008. I've tried to re- update the transmitter 5 times, but it's still the same issue. It syncs and works perfectly, but it can't seem to detect the amount of power in the Shure sb900 battery. Please help.
We have found this from a user guide that may assist. Err.008 - Shure SB900 Battery runtime does not appear on the display. Check that the batter is firmly installed into the battery compartment, if condition persists, replace the battery.
If the receiver won’t update straight to the current version, try 2.1.5.0 as a starting point and then try again. The older versions of firmware are selected in the SUU from the “Version to Install” field. From 1.36min in our video - the “Version to Install” field has a drop down menu. If you click in this field you will be able to select the older versions of firmware
Hi Pablo, thanks for watching. ‘007 error’ is a firmware mismatch. QLX-D requires all transmitters and recievers on the network to be running the same firmware version. Can you update both, please note that the IR-link to be held steady for the entire duration of the update, otherwise you can cause an error again.

Not very complicated a network wire between the Laptop and the QLX, and in DHCP mode automatic address. The Shure update program will find it.
