I’d like to know a little more on the benefits of rotating the grip position on the dual pulley pull downs. Is it better to rotate from palms facing outwards to in, or is it sufficient to do the movement with the palms facing inwards? I personally do them without rotating but I’m here to learn so any advice is welcomed.

Since I am allergic to Protein Powder, what should I do? Though I love working out, I can’t, I cannot do it without any supplements.

Eat a steak.
You don't need any supplements if you have the right diet. You only need 0.8 to 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight. That is easily achievable through a good diet... "i can't workout without any supplements" doesn't make any sense at all.
