Currently in anorexia recovery and often meal times can be mentally challenging for me. But I aaaalways watch your videos while eating and it helps like CRAZY. So please keep these vlogs coming cause you do t understand how much they meant to me 🥺🩷
You can do it ! Anorexia recovery is not easy and it will exhaust you mentally. But, you should never listen to the voice inside your head and you should never believe the image that you see in the mirror because you will never see the true image . I have walked in that path . I used to see myself fat and i thought that i was eating too much.

Every what I eat in a day video I see has the most miniscule portions (personally I think they go scoff the rest off camera) and you genuinely make me feel better about eating more food (as I'm currently under-eating): you eat human sized portions, not mouse sized! Thank you!

Wow. This really resonated with me. Starting with your message of not comparing yourself to others. I currently don’t have a working stove/oven so I’m unable to cook regularly. I’m relying on microwave / toaster. I just had a toaster strudel as i watched this video. Also the next part of you being outside in the fresh air. And talking about your sickness and 2024. I was sick at least 6 times and spent a lot of time at the urgent care and one night at the emergency room too. It was one of the worst years of my life and i also didn’t get much time outside either. So i am also making it a point to get outside more :))) ❤❤❤

My family and I have been sick a lot lightly and I have lost so much muscle but I'm trying to get back in to working out but my dad is getting sick again
I love watching videos where people show what they think about during the day to find new ideas for a meal. But I still often get triggered when I see that girls usually eat very small portions or eat 2 times a day. I immediately start thinking that there are too many of them, that my portions are gigantic, and even after eating them you can want to eat more. I watch their videos and think: "How do you get full with 2 spoons of yogurt, half a banana and 10 grams of muesli? Hahh ..." I really want to be like them(
Today I made a bitter mistake and after a long time I ate chips with ketchup, barbecue sauce and thousand island sauce and Dutch mayonnaise, with tomato and onion, and pita with peppers, zucchini and tomato, and then I quickly ate broccoli, white cabbage, cucumber yellow pepper orange and black tea and lavender
