A friend of mine was briefly a CDP at midsummer. He was slapped by the head chef mark and berated/gaslighted & abused on a daily basis. I do hate how people watch these shows but have no idea how these kitchens operate.
It truly is a revelation to cross over the pass, from being a customer to a cook and seeing how the beautiful food is cooked through blood, sweat and tears because the chef decides to be a bellend
