A recent Times report (July 2021) stated that this guy has been accused of 13 former employees of a culture of abuse. Including physical assault and an injured employee being refused medical leave until their shift was over. I don't care how good the food is. I don't want to visit an establishment where that culture was dismissed as 'expecting high standards' If Tom Kitchin is innocent, he has a right to deny the allegations - and show he does not confuse blatant bullying with 'high standards'
