Speak Up: Because I'm to shy to speak my answer out loud and afraid that I will make a fool out of myself.
Be Thankful: Because, "I have trouble being nice to other people." Or, "I have difficulties of paying attentions to other peoples gratitudes."

MY ANSWER: From the video, I learned that self-advocacy is a critical skill. I also learned that self advocacy means to be assertive, and speak up for myself. Several ways I can improve this skill include believing in myself, knowing my rights, and deciding what I want.
