@@aj3k840 Me too, I'm not driving an RS but yet at high rpm's get louder, trying to keep it below 3500 if possible.

mine uses 16l/100km in a normal way, so without accelerating hard. when i drive fast and accelerate often i use 25-30l/100km i play 700-1200 euro a month for gas

I own this car and actually those crackling noises got really freaking annoying after a while!

what about driving it in comfort mode??
My advice for people who feel like rs6 is to expensive, buy the s6 and do stage 2 tunes engine transmission and its a bit faster than rs6. I did this, got my s6 c7 for 28k euro, and it was already tuned

My wife has this exact car and with engine, transmission and exhaust in dynamic mode it doesn't sound like this. Far fewer crackles and bangs on over-run. This is not a standard exhaust.

the sound and driving experience is far inferior to the AMG counterpart. Only plus points here are more power and AWD.
