I used to have really bad lag, like that. For me, it was on my end. A combination of a garbage cpu and a slow hdd. I'm all ssd now and have a decent cpu. No more lag.
Dude with the sledge. Its alrigbt after 2 days of looting and just needing a saw to build our base i got sniped at the well. My fault tho i was just sitting there.
