In the west he was classified as Nobunaga Oda for some reason even though in theory he’s still regularly classified as Oda Nobunaga, same I can say for other historical characters with their names being from the clan as first while the last was their given ones. Little bit strange and confusing at first but u will get used to it soon enough my dude.

Happy Halloween David !! Also I'm sorry if I didn't change my PFP for this month, I just didn't really have an idea of what to use for Halloween. But don't worry, I finnally got an idea of what I'd like to use as a PFP for October : It'll be either an Insane or Deranged Mr. Puzzles face from SMG4 that I'll use as a PFP.
@@davidthemusicman1046 IMO, Mr. Puzzles might be my favorite character in SMG4, like, I'm dead serious. He's just such a compelling character to watch, from the fact that he is the way he is because he wasn't loved by anyone during his childhood, to him still showing a bit of humanity even after the attrocities he's done once he finds someone that genuinelly cares for him and is loyal to him, and the fact that he is legit upset whenever he loses his friends makes him a surprisingly nuanced vilain. Also his energetic personnality makes him a pretty funny character to watch and his design is awesome. He's pretty much like a combination of Lord Shen from Kung Fu Panda 2 and Flowey/Asriel Dreemurr from Undertale
Everything he does is such a huge highlight even in All 4 One (and he's not even the villain in that game) he stands out in best way amongst the rest of the villains in the series man I'm glad I played the series
Mephiles had a better fight in Generations, even if his voice wasn’t as good. And you know of a couple theories I’ve had that imply that Mephiles could return
Villains that I manage to face in ur list: #10 #8 #6 #5 #3 #1 All of these villains really are pleasurable experience for us for sure and it was sure as heck worth it for our experience, they are also one of my favourites that we faced and I really am happy for it when managing to experience through these games to encounter them for sure.
Indeed these guys definitely gave a great impression and great fights to boot up for us (even if Wilfre & Kelley are quite easy) but I'll give credit to these villains that actually got the job done in these games hopefully more villains will take notes from these guys

My list: 10: wilfre (drawn to life games) 9: grima (fire emblem awekening) 8: infinite (sonic forces) 7: cyrus (pokemon DP) 6: a tie betwenn lord shen (KP2) and king olly (PMTOK) 5: merlina( sonic and the black knight) 4: hades (kid icarus uprising) 3: cursa (mario + rabbids sparks of hope) 2: madara uchiha (naruto shippuden) 1: mephiles the dark (sonic 06)
As much of a track record Sonic has with bad games, you have to admit, at least the villains don't dissapoint and Mephiles is a good example. I don't have much to add here but there are a couple that I like. Vas montenegro - Far Cry 3. It was either him or Pegan Min becouse both are exellent villains. Fawfull - Mario and Luigi series. Both hilarious and threatning at the same time. And thats pushing aside his developement from a lackey to a mastermind on his own. Senator Armstron - Metal Gear Rising. Explaining this one is both pointless and unneccesary. Hades - Kid Icarus Uprising. I struggle to find ANYBODY who doesn't like this one. The Magala - Monster Hunter 4. Spoilers becouse I went rambling again. You can add it to the tally The first villain of the series and arugably still the best. It even stole the spotlight from Kushala Daora and Seregios without being present in the G rank expansion's story. A monster that could very well hunt on its own, prefers to destroy the ecosystem just so it can be on top. And as much signs there are that its just in its nature, there are as many that it very well knows what its doing as while it lets the virus it can produce kill its food, Magala itself will directly hunt, attack and kill any Human or Wyvernian it can find. During the story we have to face it 4 times directly. First Three times its as Gore Magala where we have to repel it from destroying a ship and in a later quest saving a fellow hunter and then go after it in a third quest and lastly as Shagaru Magala where the damn thing stares us down like if it was sapient. And in the afformentioned G rank expansion? The damn thing wasn't even present during 4 Ultimate's story and it turned out it was still the cause as the Seregios swarm attacked becouse of the virus it spreaded when it was alive cause one of them to mutate and Kushala attacked becouse of the Seregios swarm. AND EVEN AFTER THE STORY we have to deal with the effects of that one idivdual becouse there was more than one Magala, but since a Shagaru Magala was created not so long ago, other Gore Magalas fail to tranform creating Chaotic Magalas which create even more Zombie Virus related problems due to their lack of control over it. And yes, all of those problems from ONE individual who decided to cause an apocalypse that day and almost succeded. Almost that is.
I'm willing to let lyric from Sonic Boom getting a pass as one of the few guilty pleasure villains and Mephiles beats all of them by a mile especially to a guilty pleasure game Vass & Pagin are one of the few villains I Like from Far Cry the others range from Ok to existing (Looking at you Far Cry 1) Quite a few good villains you have picked and I agree The monster hunter villain you mentioned has quite a history and I'm all in for it I'm surprised that the monsters can present as villains and few do very well.

Dan Green killed it as Mephiles. And Robbie Daymond did a great job as him in Shadow Generations.

Nefarious is the funniest villain of all time for me. He's extremely smart and very malicious, but I can't help but laugh at everything he does!
