Your way of tieing the stick is very good on the other hand your way of attaching the bag is not very good as the hair can get wrapped around the hook shank.

Crushed boillies, groundbait, liquid flavour same as your boillie mixed it put it in use a rod to make it a compact stick

I like using them as they are easy to make and provide just the right amount of bait around the hook. Let us know how you get on if you do try some? 👍
