Disco Ball theme cake

Who likes parties? Step forward please. Introducing the key player of every party: disco ball... cake 🤫 This small cake hides several caramel and chocolate-inspired layers. The shell is made from whole dark chocolate sphere. In the heart of the cake an apple compote ball is hidden. It works pretty well with croustillant made from crunchy wafers, choped hazelnut and melted milk chocolate. From the other side a chewy caramel toffee layer communicates well with the apple core. A gluten-free hazelnut biscuit moisted in black rum resides below. All this beauty is immersed into coffee-flavored milk chocolate mousse. From the outside the cake is covered with several silver dyed chocolate squares.
So... let the party begin.
