I did too. You could put them on a UK Soap like Eastenders or Coronation Street and they'd fit right in. On Eastenders they could play distant Relatives of Mr. Papadopoulos or help run a Cafe. So much has changed since 1993 in terms of The Music. Also it must have been kind of surreal for Justin Deas to play a Fly By The Seat Of Hits Pants Guy from being a Doctor on Ryan's Hope and a Lawyer on As The World Turns & Santa Barbara.
Me too I loved Harley with Mallet I hate one thing about Guilding Light they didn't keep them together and they had kids together unstill of with Phillip and Rick and Also put her with Gus and Cyrus that show piss me off about that ❤️
Out of all the Soaps I think that Guiding Light used Motown's Music more than any other Soap. In This Scene, when Buzz & Reva got Married and they played Jr. Walker & The All Stars Version of "How Sweet It Is" originally done by Marvin Gaye (1939-1984) as well as James Taylor, I Heard It Through The Grapevine was played at The Cedars Ball in 1997, and Buzz had offered to Burn A Copy Of Motown's Greatest Hits.
Also Shout holds the distinction of being one of the most Covered Songs in Music done by a veritable Who's Who. The Beatles, The Shangri-Las, and The Ronettes. In 2002 a Young Lady named Nicola Roberts auditioned to be in a Girlband in England and on November 30th she became part of Girls Aloud the most successful Group to come out of Reality TV in the UK. Alot of folks have "Accents" when they first do the Show. Crystal Chappel had a Mediterranean Accent, that disappeared as the years went on and Jessica Leccia had a Latin accent when she debuted on Guiding Light in 1997. Sometimes I don't think Buzz & Nadine realized how their abandonment of their Children affected them.
Isn't amazing how "Shout" by The Isley Brothers became the unofficial Anthem for US Fraternities. It was also featured in Diner, Animal House and The Wonder Years.
Fantastic scenes... in 1993 GL was the best show ever made.
I loved the Cooper family soooo much.

I forgot all about Buzz' "accent", It disappears quickly.
Accent or no accent, I love his voice!
I wish there were more Buzz scenes from 1993 available. That year really was incredible to watch.
@@judycarrasco74 aside from Maureen dying.
Justin deas has that great smokers deep voice. So sexy.
6:30-6:40 That must have been the end of one episode and the recap at the start of the next!
do you have any footage of Eleni and Frank at the hospital and Marina's birth?
