This is amazing stuff, thanks max! Had a couple of sales calls so far and a couple more lined up. A little harder to sell when you don’t have as much skin in the game, even with leveraging others results but I think someone will bite here soon! Thanks for this video it definitely helps!
offer pay per appointment offers along with a 2.5k set up fee so you can hire a media buyer(or show him that you actually have clients) and hire a VA from the Philippines who can handle booking the appointments. charge a hefty fee per appointment, and at least $50 a day in ad spend. Depending on your niche, you can get anywhere from 30 to 200 booked appointments a month.
Max, I recently discovered your UA-cam channel, and man I gotta say, YOU ARE INCREDIBLE! The amount of value you give out for a total price of $0 is definitely unbelievable. As well as very impressive the amount of knowledge of the topic you have. I went through your course and I have to be honest I was skeptical at first, but I can't belive you managed to actually go through with giving us that amount of value. I have to thank you for making the initial launch of my agency ("Lighthouse Social Markency" - if you need someone to run your ads we work with real estate agents) be a smooth ride, so Thank You! P.S: You should definitely do more live sales calls. Perrsonally, seeing someone like you in the field - actually selling and closing clients, gives me all the necessary confidence to close my clients. Keep posting this type of content. Again Thank You from the bottom of my heart for the information you give out. Keep it up! You'll blow up soon enough.
Hi Max, I have 2 questions 1. I am wondering why you would choose a smma or snma over advertising your own product doing E-commerce. It seems to me that when you are very good at marketing on socials that if you would push your own product you would make much more money. 2. When I start my snma and I find a media buyer. I have to keep in contact with the client I hustled. How often do I need to talk to a client on a regular basis? Also if I use a media buyer, And I don’t know anything about marketing myself. Wouldn’t that be weird to him? Because I don’t know how the ads and traffic from the ads work etc Thank you in advance!! Love your videos. The realest UA-camr out here imo
Hey, my guy, great questions! Let's dig into ti! 1. The thing with advertising is that it only works when you have a product or service to promote that people actually want to buy. Meaning, that if you have something that people really want and need, they will buy. If it's a product or service that they don't want or need, they will not buy. That might sound obvious. But most people who start a service or product don't sell something that their market wants or needs. Or, they are selling something that everybody else is selling. Meaning that they don't have anything that's unique. So my point here is, that it doesn't matter how good you are at sales or advertising unless you have something to sell that people want. You need to find a Product Market Fit. So it's not as easy as just throwing up a product on a Shopify store, promote it with Facebook ads and make millions of dollars. The secret is in your product, service & offer. I sell Facebook ads to residential roofing and solar contractors because they have a high-ticket product that people want and need. And, me and my team are really good at running ads for them. So it's a win-win for everyone involved. Also, selling a digital service is a great business model. We have very high profit margins since we have no product to create, buy or ship etc. We just sell our knowledge digitally to other business owners. And we can work from anywhere. 2. How often to talk with the client? As often as the client wants essentially. But here's the thing. The client don't want to talk to you necessarily. They didn't hire you to talk. If they do want to talk a lot and often, most often that means that they are not satisfied of that something is wrong. A happy client is normally a quite client, because they have a lot of work to do. Also regarding media buyers. There's nothing wrong in hiring a media buyer to do the service deliver. Again, the client doesn't care if it's you or someone else who runs the ads. They just want to find a solution that work. They want to get a Return on Investment (ROI). Hopefully that helps brotha! 💪💪
Hey Max, thanks for the video! I noticed on your website that you do a 30-day trial in $497 a month. Yet in this video you are pitching to $997 per month. Have you moved away from the higher ticket price and change your agency to more of a DIY using Uphex? If you are starting at $497 and then upgrade the client can you explain your upsell process then please?
Hey Max you are a legend! Thank you for such amazing value brother. I have a question. Isn't it better to use your own Business Manager to run ads for the client since it keeps the record for how much dollars we've spent and generated for our prev clients, so it can be used as like a portfolio. Or should we use client's BM instead for some other reason?
i heard that you should use the clients BM, and then get them to add you as an Admin. The reason why you shouldn't use your own, is because if your account gets banned, you f up all your work with ALL of your clients. If get connected to the client's BM, it's them that get banned, and therfore it's only them you have a problem with. If they have their account banned, you should always help them, and not just leave them to themselves. I hope that made sence brother :)
This is super dope to see what your sales process is like, thanks for giving all of this value in your videos bro. I got a question for you tho, I remember you had said in one of your older videos that you charged $3500/month for your service but now I see that you're offering for $3000/month from this sales call. Why did you lower your service price if you don't mind me asking (Considering all the value you provide clients)? Wouldn't it be better to raise the price of your service over time instead with your agency becoming more and more proven while also building up that experience and resume of insane client results as well? Or maybe that's just your starter price? I'm curious to know your thought process on this.
Interesting that this roofing contractor had an uncharacteristic knowledge of marketing that was well above average. Great kind of client as they appreciate the amount of skill & work necessary
Misleading title. There was no close. You are sending more info for him to make up his mind. You should have had some micro commitments from the prospect ie asked them to give you access to their FB manager so you can check out their current structure and previous strategies whilst he is speaking with his partner. If they refuse to give you the access, then likely they are not interested, if they give you the access then you are in control of the sales progression. Just simply sending him more information means you are likely going to be chasing the prospect which is never a good idea nor productive.
the call was decent... personally, i'd probe more about what the prospect had to say. when he said we'd like to scale more, i'd cut him off & ask "what do you mean by that?" or "to what degree, compared to now?".... things of that nature. i'd probe even more & ask him why he wants to scale so bad. would've even asked him why he wants to be different from unsuccessful entrepreneurs who think they can take matters into their own hands & look up the answer to their problems on UA-cam.... why they're even looking for a 3rd party to help... probe more off of that.... etc. also, prospects don't care who is involved in the process. you didn't need to name the people in your team lol.
That's a Consulting but not a real Sales Call. You have no commitment and you just respond to questions which makes you get out of status a bit. But I guess he is a hot Lead that converts without selling at all. But all in all it's still interesting.
Funny. I thought this guy said "I don't do sales call anymore". Lol remember, this guy barely makes money by doing this. He actually makes money through your GHL subscription affiliate
You should look into NEPQ training, this sale was not closed - he actually gave you a number of objections and ended up getting you off the phone. Did he ever follow up or actually buy? Most of the time when calls end like this you never hear back from them.
I love how this feels like a conversation and not just a salesy call

Hey Max. I’m confused on why the title is 14k client when 3k x 4 months is 12k basically. Apart from the service you do, do you also upsell?
Hey, my guy, great question! Our normal base pricing $3,500 per month with a 120 day agreement = $14k minimum
Pls upload this type of sales call
I assume the Ad spend is added on top of the $3k/mo for 4 mo arrangement?
