As an introvert i would love to see more intimate, "boring" stuff within the calls, how you talk to them, its so natural, not forced, and manipulative. Thats how i see it. Its fucking cool to hear that client being uncertain, you figuring out what it is, pinpointing it and reassuring him. Edit: Also i wanna see more clips of you messing with each other, its so entertaining :DDDD Edit 2 : The 3rd client sounded so enthusiastic about this, it seemed like he really cares about this. Also much love Pete, Congrats on your 4th client. I really like these long videos about the technical stuff, even tho i dont have an agency yet.
Wooooah Pete is a beast, merging all of that into a video that's over 52 minutes, while also killing it with his agency that's incredible, give that man a bells!. So happy to see season 2 of Gadzhi especially after you waited so long for it. And man, your sales is on another level, amazing video, as an agency owner who's now working 7-8 hours day I finally understand just how much of your focus and time it takes for you to create these videos for us, I absolutely appreciate it, and please keep the sales vlogs coming. And I'm pretty sure you're gonna hit 150k profit in a few months most especially since you're bringing on a new media buyer. See and the grow your agency party.
The value here is next level Iman! Appreciate the BTS to make the agency life and hitting big numbers like $80k in a weekend more REAL. It puts things into perspective and helps make it real. Good video bro!
Broo!! I love it when you talk about the boring technical side of your agency! Would love to see a video on how you create the case study for your clients when you close them!
I hate to say it but this might be my favorite vlog from you yet. I love the cut style between each of the sales calls. Also, I cant wait for Gadzhi season 2.
Hey iman hope you're doing good. Thank you for always providing value and this is definitely one of my favorites. More videos like this brother, it's a huge help. Take care!
He’s touched the topic sometimes. Even if he’s a dropout he doesn’t recommend quitting school or your job right away, for the simple reason that if you follow his advice, it’s fairly simple to setup your agency and get it running without this costing you to loose your job or fail college. But of course, if you want to scale, it’s reasonable to go full time at a certain point. Personally I’m in college and for the moment I’ve decided to settle for a high income, not time demanding job, then I’ll start a service based business (I’m just some months away so i think it’s fair). My advice is: you have plenty of possibilities, sit down and draw your path. Let’s see if iman has something of value to add to this tho! Hope I’ve been of help.
@@ImmaculateLife1 from experience I can say that unless you are 1000% committed and are fixing external issues of yourself...ie bad sleep, bad diet, video games or Netflix. It will be hard to balance a job, school and business without first fixing yourself. Personally I’ve been on the journey of addressing the me problem first and now “the business problems” and the “no time” problems are quickly fading
This video was insanely amazing! See the day to day, your interactions with potential customers, how you are thinking about the business. Incredible, Incredible! I loved it.
Was really surprised that you still describe some client or contracts as "pain in the a**", it's actually refreshing to know that it does not necessarily stop
@@ImanGadzhi i have a question lets say i am a self employed SMMA like i dont have a buisness how much would i charge my clients pm? or is it wait there options are?
By the way, Iman, I do wanna say my bad for my lack of manners, but THANK YOU for sharing this vlog with us. Honestly, idk if I communicated this to you telepathically but I was really hoping you would share something like this - THANK YOU for sharing this and bringing it down to Earth for us. Shark and whale clients are like this myth for some of us so I wanna thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing this with us. Good looks, Iman! 👊
I think you should move the "boring" (videos with genuine value) to the 2nd channel and the fun, lifestyle stuff to the main channel. I watch both but these "boring" videos are a huge help with my journey with AN and GYA.
Yeah Iman its not boring whats so ever. I always learn something from you in all your videos the boring and the exciting stuff :) keep it up bro.. like your new place finally got bored on the last place huh lol
(+WITH INFIELD) Insane value man! Definitely a rewatch Btw, where's that heavy grey hoodie from ? Need that and the private victories tee in my wardrobe asap
hey Iman, or anyone who know the answer to this question, I always hear you using the term "growaz" or "owaz" (I don't really know how to spell it haha) when you talking about retainers. But what are those? like a percentage that the clients pay more?
Hey dude! Yep, this is ROAS lol. So let’s say you’re signing a client for $1000 + 15% ROAS. This means that you will charge them $1000 at the start of the month and 15% of the money you made them at the end of the month. For example, if you make them $40,000, you would then get paid $6000 at the end of the month (0.15 x 50 = 6). It incentivises you to get better results and reassures the client as they will only be paying more for better results. Hope this helps!
So the 2.5k pounds/month for 6 months also includes a case study funnel? Damn, that's a shitton of value for the client for a low price. So your performance marketers are also trained on funnel builds?
@@ImanGadzhi Really cool you've got that figured out in terms of performance marketers. Does your Grow Your Agency course cover how you train and systemize people to do funnel builds? It's absolutely crucial IMO as we're moving towards trying do more JVs/performance deals with our clients.
How do you make sure your team members are happy and excited. And what is your strategy if (worst case) someone or multiple team members suddenly leave?
He recently put on his that he's looking to bring on more stories, I'm pretty sure some of those came from there, he was also talking about appointments setters so if those are part of his team now they probably also came from there, if they are not, then I'm certain they all came from organic traffic via his personal brand on UA-cam and Instagram. The last one sounded like he came from a referral if you listen carefully.
Iman what is your advice on receiving payments? Stripe doesn't work here in South Africa. And I've had the experience of Paypal holding my cash when I was running an ecom store. How is Pete receiving his payments?
I used to aim to close clients with just the discovery call, which was a one call close. Now all prospective client have a 15 minute demo call with Dany before the discovery call so it’s technically a two call close 😁
How to charge to clients for running his fb ads ? Suppose you charge $1k/month so it's only your fees Or $1k/month = fb ads charges + your fees. Or $1k/month = Completely Your fess And extra whatever ads spent Which way we should charge..... Please clarify
Hey Iman. May be a weird question, but i have just started. When you say that your agency just makes the client more profitable, why whould they want to leave after for example 3 months?
Because of how expensive things can get. After a while I guess they just want higher profit margins and he ran the ads already so they have more awareness. So they quit.

I always hear you using the term "growaz" or "owaz" (I don't really know how to spell it haha) when you talking about retainers. But what are those? like a percentage that the clients pay more?
ROAS lol!
Laisse Faire The term is ROAS. An acronym for Return On Ad Spend.
