some bits missed out tho which isn't your fault, the tab shouldve made it a bit clearer
e.g you don't have to like pick the du du du bits (yk like the bits before jay starts singing) anyways if you prefer it like so then yeah thats fine, I'm just doing it the way jay did it.
whilst yes tab is really useful and you should use it, you should also do it by ear too just to be sure so yeah ima link a performance of it live and hopefully you can see what I mean and that im not going mad,

You can just put your middle finger on the second string before you play up, idk. It just made it easier for me

Question I can’t get the rhythm right when it comes to the intro and when I play my b string how do I not let it ring out
Something that helps me with the rhythm at the start is to think of it in sets of 3, set a metronome to 92 bpm and play/count 3 notes per beat. I also have trouble with keeping strings from ringing out but it helps to time things so that another finger can reach out to stop the B string from vibrating (either by lightly holding it down or just gently tapping it)! Hope that helps
