2014 Volkswagen Passat minor self service walkthrough

This video is to show how to service your 2011-2014 Volkswagen Passat yourself, I cover how to drain the oil, replace the oil filter, fuel filter, pollen/cabin filter and the air filter, I also show how to reset the service reminder and inspection reminder without tools. This particular engine is the 2.0 TDI CFFB but covers most Diesel engines.

Nice video, matey. I have a similar Passat, and I love servicing it. I'm just doing a rear wheel bearing tomorrow. It costs less than half the price of the garage

@@jaywhitney789 Hi Jay, thank you very much, I hope your wheel bearing goes ok for you, I've not had to do mine yet, so no video sadly.
If you would like a challenge, then try a timing belt replacement, I have recently done this on mine and recorded a video that I uploaded a couple of weeks ago, and is't to bad of a job as long as you take it slowly, and you will save yourself a considerable amount of money as well to boot.
