Protect Yourself When Buying Hair Online! (My Gemtress Scam Story)

Most hair sellers out there are great to work with - I believe this because I've used and spoken with SO many of them. Joli Cameleon, Tressmerize, Gardeaux Wigs, Jon Renau, Cysterwigs, Voguewigs, etc...the list goes on and on with companies that I back 100% due to their excellent communication and customer service. Some sell direct, some only through resellers, but I've never been anything but happy with any of the companies I've purchased from or recommended.
This video is super long, but I feel it's important to get the message out there about my story regarding one vendor in particular. This is about my nearly year-long ordeal buying a Gemtress topper from a hair replacement specialist in Sacramento, CA.
I want you to understand what most likely will NEVER happen to you...but it can happen.
I also want to help you protect yourself when you are buying hair--mainly human hair--online.
I do feel that this is an isolated incident (I hope!), but in the spirit of transparency of what goes on in "my hair world", I wanted to share.
