Here's one: What if the asteroid belt didn't exist? or, it was there, but now it's not, maybe we farmed mined the whole thing. How would this affect our solar system? Earth? Jupiter?
What if having a planet on the other side of the Sun, and the planet would be in Earth's zone, but it would move at the same speed as Earth? So the 2 planets could coexist without actually ever disturbing each other. :)

That already exists, Venus is (barely) in the suns habitable zone. Mars will soon (maybe a few million years) be within that zone too, with the expansion of the sun.

i mean you could use an AI powered tool to simulate the conditions before building your planet to scale out the possible impact of the gravitational forces on the surrounding planets, even something simple like universe sandbox could start to show you how this could play out , of course other agencys have much better tech already for these sorts of simulations but thats just a rough idea , esp if were talking in the distant future we could more than likely pre simulate where the ideal place to start building the planet would be , and then with companies currently already looking to convert surrounding air molecules into edible food and tech like this , we could eventually possibly start creating materials from surrounding air molecules which we could harvest from ether close planets or possibly by collecting space dust to began to fabricate material to construct the planet in a much quick time frame , i mean some day we could potentially convert things like light itself from the sun directly into mass which we could then also use to fabricate the planet
