If the area is bordered by a broken white line, you should not enter the area unless it is necessary and you can see that it is safe to do so.
If the area is marked with chevrons and bordered by solid white lines you MUST NOT enter it except in an emergency.

Rev limiter is there for a reason. It is perfectly reasonable to assume revving up to the limiter is within the design parameters of the motorcycle, and in no way causes unpredicted or excessive damage to the motorcycle.
The engine is not designed to operate without a load. People can argue either way all they want. Im not rev bombing people, and im not replacing anyones engine when it frags on them. So moving on.....

Ya Boi KungPow FuckFinger. Lived in TN for 15 years. Can attest to the fact. Was at DMV one day to renew CDL and literally witnessed a brand new 16 y/o driver get a license after a 6 min drivers exam. They actually just drove around the block and that’s it. Got mine in Calif in 1997; took an hour and 20 mins. Ridiculous.

Well after I aced my written test. I met the evaluator outside and she spent about 10-15 mins going over the car checking all the safety shit, lights, blinkers, brakes etc. the onto the inside, seatbelt, horn defrost and so on. Then we left out and I drove down some two lanes, 4 lanes, one-ways, on and off the freeway, merging, changing lanes, parallel parking, parking uphill on curb, downhill on curb. More city streets and back to the dmv. Driving portion took about 30-40 mins what with traffic in San Diego and all.
And I just got back from Fla a few weeks ago went to Madeira Bch on vacation. Some piss poor driving around the Tampa area, no offense.

What state do you live in? I hope you have a real test, too. I think one of the main reasons that there are so many bad drivers out there today is that they push them through the dmv like an assembly line, quantity over quality. And just as Joshua Price mentioned he got his in 20 mins. That is not nearly long enough to test someone on their driving skill. Anyway, good luck on yours and remember, do not let cell phones and other technology distract you from the most important thing while you’re driving, and that’s paying attention to the road and your surroundings.
