It's fabulous to see a weight loss channel where the person is actually following thru with their goals and plans not just reacting to others 😉 and doing so with a smile on their face

The biggest improvement is the increase in your confidence, you said one of your reasons for doing this is you felt your husband deserved a girl who has confidence and respects herself and that makes me very happy.

Slow and steady wins the race. When I started on 1/1/20 my waist was 57 inches its now 39.75. I've gone from 261 to 175. For me its calories in calories out. All I do is walk nothing else because of stenosis. Just keep going you'll get there. Getting into a routine will help you. You should also consider eating on a schedule. It teaches discipline.
May I ask if you have any issue with "hanging skin", I'm sure you know what I mean. I started at 240 (now 218) and I'm a bit anxious about what might happen
You can totally tell your face has slimmed down so much, I think your honesty is empowering and refreshing. I think you’re fabulous and I’m so happy you’ve decided to go on this journey because you seem like such a beautiful and sweet person. Be on this world as long as you can society needs people like you! ❤️
I’ve been on my journey to loose 100 pounds and I’ve lost 40 pounds so far and felt really discouraged since I feel like I should’ve lost more weight. I was about to give up today and start again tomorrow but then I seen your video! I got inspired to keep going and make today the day I change not tomorrow. Let’s keep pushing forward 💕
Keep up the good work! Once hospitals get back to normal, make an appointment with your doctor. There may be a hormonal or thyroid issue slowing your results.
I lost 92.6 pounds and kept it off for over 3 years. Weight loss is not a either/or thing- it doesn't have to be you're losing or gaining. You can maintain. And guess what, you will hopefully live the rest of your life at maintenance, so learning how to maintain is valuable, too. My doctor said most people lose weight. Or can. But they gain it back because they fail to develop the skills to maintain. He also told me that in the absence of health problems where you need to lose weight and the clock is ticking, building habits and shedding bad habits is a priority. And third, if you are severely overweight, you probably need therapy. You might not have a traumatic event, but you have fallen into a habit of using food to cope or something. I also went to therapy. That's why maintenance is hard, it's putting everything together and coming to the acceptance it has to last the rest of your life.
July results SW: 305 LBS Current: 295 LBS -10 pounds Chest - 1 1/2 inches Arms + 1 1/2 Inches Waist- 5 1/2 Inches Hips- 4 1/2 Inches Thigh + 1 1/2 inches Calf Same Butt + 1 inch I did 30 days straight of 30 minutes to a hour of either body project workouts on youtube or fast walking. I didn’t count calories just made better choices ate the same foods i always do just smaller portions.
I don’t have any weight to loose, but I do have several bad habits to kick. I watch your videos because you are extremely motivating in the friendliest way! This month I will ease myself in and get up at 7am everyday. Lockdown has completely messed with my routines and I’m barely waking up to make myself look alive before 9am meeting for work. Thank you for sharing your story, you’re glowing! 💛
Aww, thanks for sharing your experience and a little of your story with me! I am rooting for you! And, Thank you so much for the encouragement and your kind words!!!! 🥰❤️🥰🥰
Same!! I'm not here for the weightloss-just the motivation and self control! I'm trying to save up for a house and the willpower needed is the same. Sometimes I don't like watching finance videos so much because it makes me think about it *too* much so videos like this keep me motivated without making me obsessively focused.
I can see HUGE difference! Never would have thought that's only 7lbs less on the scale. You probably lost more but gained muscle at the same hence the number. Keep up, girl! You're doing amazing 💪
If sunshine was a person she would be you 💞☀️ you are so amazing and inspiring and I’m super happy you decided to film your journey and that I found your channel, you are the best possible rolemodel! Ps: your weighloss is super visible everywhere, especially the face! Thank you so much, April!
One of my old high school teachers reached out to me and told me “don’t worry about distance, just time” because I told her I was struggling with the mile, and I can tell you it is way easier that way. I walked 25 minutes one part of the day, and 25 minutes another part of the day, I ended up accidentally walking two miles! 😅 She was so right! I’m really happy she gave me that advice. Also, I S T R U G G L E with drinking water. Especially when it’s in a big jug, it makes me wanna gag.
For reals!!! I started off barely being able to walk half a mile and now I can walk two in about 40 mins. We have to start somewhere even if it's a little step. Best of luck 💖
Even three minutes in I find myself smiling at your enthusiasm and mindset! You're seriously awesome and you're doing an awesome job, I can't wait to keep up with your story!
Try to consciously engage your core muscles when you’re walking. That’ll naturally improve your posture, too, and will hopefully help to alleviate some back pain. Excellent job, April.
It's gonna be a huge pay-off later-on as well, due to combination heavily damaged hip femur (LCP) arthritis and scoliosis I can't walk unless I walk proper. I mess up, I can't stand, sit or do anything for a while. When I finally build up to a point I could go to the gym, my posture for nearly any exercise was naturally exactly as it should be and I progressed way faster than even 'normal' people my age initially. It felt -so- rewarding after a life-time of being behind on everyone. :'') (PS: Not meaning to imply every should start doing strength training, but posture is in everything and once those pounds have dropped off people tend to really fall in love with moving their bodies one way or another.) April is going to inspire so many people through this journey, I'm so incredible proud of her. I'm also really impressed with how well she goes at it. Accountability, variety of ways to track progress, etc.
You go girl in a year you can look back and see how far you've come, I've never seen someone so positive losing weight, your smile shines bright 👏 💗💗💗💗
I can definitely see a difference! You got this!I’m on a journey to lose 50 pounds, and you’re definitely helping me do it in a healthy and positive way!
You look even better now! Your face looks more glowy possibly because of the constant H2O flows, your thighs sure do starts to get firmer and definitely you are losing that extra weight! Keep up working and don't give up!
I’m starting on my 100 pound weight loss journey as a gal who is slightly over 50. It’s a struggle girl! I just wanted to thank you for your positivity and your smile! I will watch all of your videos, so you keep on doing your thing. Lol You look are looking fabulous! I can seriously tell the weight loss in your beautiful face.
You just seem like such a happy and positive person and I really appreciate your videos. It's nice to know that there is a person out there who is losing weight kind of alongside yourself
hey, in regards with your back pain, a thing to remember when moving around is to actually engage with your legs; especially your upper legs, This seems to be obvious to know but people often don't do this and if you aren't engaging with your legs to provide the spring to your strides then naturally you will use your back, this causes people to jerk their bodies up which causes unneeded stress on your back. Hope this helped: good luck on your weight loss journey!
This is so true! I run and clearly use my legs... But when I walk, I have a tendency to jut my hips forward and sit into my lower back. This makes walking easy and relaxing, but my lower back kills afterwards! Another thing I found that works is to lean just a little bit forward and to curl your tallbone under (similar to ballet posture or what weightlifters call "hollow body" position)!
Also hold your tummy muscles tight whenever possible when doing exercise/bending etc. It’ll protect your back from injury and make your core stronger ☺️
debunkdagain also in weighted movements (something I’m guilty of) is be careful not to spring up to the point you arch your back backwards! It will definitely hurt! I was always told, imagine you’re moving the bar in a straight line!
April, you can see the difference, and the best part is that you can feel the difference. The feeling you have will get you through the ups and downs. Remember slow gains are the best gains, take your time, keep injuries away. I really enjoy being with you on this journey.
I'm really over weight and have some health related issues. I started weight watchers a couple of weeks ago. Today was my two week weigh in and I've lost 9 lbs. Thank you for documenting your journey it helps me feel I'm not alone in my journey. Keep up the good work and know people watching are supporting you. Love and prayers.
Really amazing progress, keep it up. If I might make a suggestion, have a look at Greg Doucette's cookbook, if you can't afford to buy it, since it's $99 US, there are loads of his recipe's available for free online.
Keep up the grind! Life only gets better and better, I’ve been on my weight loss journey for nearly a year and I’m coming up on the mile stone of 100kgs lost and I feel amazing. I used to be 280kg at 6’10 and luckily had no health issues. I actually might have passed the 100kg lost some time ago I just haven’t weighed myself during the COVID outbreak. If I could give any tips for your journey they would be. Make sure you drink a lot of water, understand that it takes time and don’t punish yourself if you fall off the horse just make sure you get back up and continue, gym also is incredible for losing weight but if you aren’t ready for gym walks and swimming are great too :)
First weight loss video is up! Aaaagh, telling everyone my weight is so scary, but watching you has changed my outlook on life so much! Keep doing you x
Your personality is stunning! Your overall attitude toward this situation is done with so much intelligence. Truly one of the most luminous people I have seen on this platform. You do a great job with accountability and vocalizing a strategy to fix the issue. Such a great accomplishment and I have so much faith in your journey. Not only for the weight loss but healing that abusive inner voice.
You've got this April... One month down a whole healthy life time to go... Im doing weight loss with you so thank you for the encouragement... I may need to only lose 20 lbs but I'm excited
Good job on not going over calories. You are doing so well! You are right....can see it in your face. Really enjoying seeing you get closer and closer to your goal 😊❤
I found this channel randomly in my recommendation and I’m honestly in love. I’m also trying to lose weight (100 lbs or so) and I always watch these types of videos when I workout or when I’m bored. It’s such an inspiration to me and also helps me not give up. I honestly love the motivation you have through this journey🥰
You might be the loveliest person on UA-cam. I'm a big fan of the slow and steady, goal oriented approach to weight loss and how kind you are to yourself while on this journey! Love from Canada!
Ur seriously one of the few weight loss channels I love and truly enjoying watching tho I don't even Need to lose weight that's proves how much inspiration sparkles from u so I just wana thank u for ur optimistic personality and motivate me to keep doin my stuff 💜💞
Congrats on ur weight loss. I have also just started my weight loss journey back on May 28. I’ve lost 24 lbs. I started at 343 I’m down to 322 . I’d like to b below 300 by Christmas. I haven’t really exercised just been all diet. I started walking on the treadmill and my plantar fasciitis flared up. Still trying to overcome that. Anyhow, wish u the best. Happy new life. Also if u haven’t seen her check out Keto rewind. Her channel is very encouraging even for non Keto ppl. She started at 309 n she down to 180 something.
April, your channel is so bright, you are so smiley! I get really happy just by seeing you. I like how you structured everything and the way you are sharing information. It is a generous help to others but also a great documentation of your own journey. Great amounts of accountability right there. You are being super honest and thorough. And boy, do you move correctly in your exercises!
There is a difference in you already! You look a bit "shrunken" and I think lot of bloating has also gone away :) Must be a nice feeling to see the results of your hard work :)
I never comment on yt videos and I’m not on a weight loss journey like yours (although I am on a health/strength journey to just be the best version of me) but I just needed to. I found you just a couple of days ago and subscribed right away. Your positivity is truly radiant and infectious. You should be so proud of your progress no matter how ‘small’ because you’re clearly going about this the RIGHT way. Keep doing you!!
I can really tell a difference on you. I've lost 28 pounds. I'm at 356 and I can't see a difference on me and most importantly, I can't feel a difference. I'm still trying, even though it may take a 50 pound loss for me to feel a difference. Never give up.
i know how you feel. im 343, my highest weighed (before i got my scale i think i was close to the 400s at some point) was 345. i know i've lost more than 2 lbs because i used to be higher, but i can barely feel or see it. it may be frustrating when you don't see progress and you consider giving up, but trust me, you will see results! :) even if its just getting more energy, feeling better, a shirt being a tiny bit less tight than before, etc. it's worth it in the end. i recommend watching beatrice caruso. even though she's in the 200s and isn't as heavy as us, i find her really inspiring and she's really sweet. both beatrice and april have motivated me again to be healthy.
April I found your channel a few days ago and I think I have binged all of your videos by now lol! You are such a sweet soul and I absolutely love seeing your smiling face in all of your videos. I am on a weight loss journey too and you are so inspiring to me, keep up the good work! I think you already look amazing and I am excited to see where you will go! I'm also super excited to do this fun august challenge with you :)
Congratulations¡¡¡¡¡ Yes, I see the difference a lot. I saw you in a video some days ago and your face was totally different. I also want to tell you that I love your hair. It is beautiful. Keep your wonderful work. I think you are one of the most nice youtubers right now. Please, talk about how your take care of your hair. Thanks for share your journey.
So proud of you and all the healthy changes you are implementing into your life. I wish you all the best. I started my weight loss journey a year ago and man has it been a struggle. I am physically disabled and have always struggled with my weight. To date (over the past year) I have successfully lost 50lbs. 100 more to go! 🥳. I will be following your journey and sending much love and support. You got this chickie! We are stronger than we think! ❤️❤️❤️
I love seeing people get excited about health and fitness! I’m excited to see your progression. Every day you’ll get a little bit stronger and a little bit healthier. There might be days when you struggle and that’s totally normal. Don’t beat yourself up! Just keep kicking ass. You’re a success story today. You’re going to be a bigger success story tomorrow and one day you’re gonna look back and say, “Man! Look how much progress I made! I can’t wait to make more!”
Amazing!! You can defiantly tell there's a difference, especially in your face!! Keep up the great work and i cant wait to continue to see you flourish :)
When I lost 100lbs all I did was walk and that was it! Now I’m starting jogging today. I haven’t yet but I’m nervous! The blisters on my feet are a real thing! I walk 5+ miles a day for 2 months. My poor feet hurt so I’m going to put 3 pairs of socks on so when I go jogging I won’t create new blisters! You can do it!
You probably already know this but for me, bandaging my feet and adding more padding helped a lot in me not getting blisters/getting them less. As well as soaking my feet after exercising and treating them as best as I can. I’ve lost 50 lbs and am on my way to lose 20 more! Best of luck to you and I hope you’re doing wonderful
LaLa Smith you should really invest in good running sneakers. I have the worst feet and I never get blisters when I run. I use dia dora sneakers and balega socks(super comfortable).
you can also tape your feet. beatrice caruso has the same problem and tapes her feet to help her. best to invest in running shoes (please go get them fitted. you do not need to break in running shoes. get ones that you are happy with.)
I’m so happy for you! You seem like such a sweet and gentle person I’m happy you’re making strides to reach your goals. I’m positive you’ll reach them soon!
Thank you for your honesty. I like how you mention you didn't always track or didn't do cardio every single day you were supposed to. It's extremely important to send the message across that it's not only alright to sometimes fail but it's also not the end of your journey. You do the mistake, you come back from it and know how to avoid it in the future.
April I’m sooo proud of you!!! .... a while back, I fell and hurt my lower back, my L4. I couldn’t get up and move the first hr. Of my day with out crying..... then it came to me in a dream to put a Hugh pillow between my legs when I slept on my side! I got 2 throw cushions from my couch and put them in a lg pillow case... about 3 weeks later I got up and brushed my teeth, and I literally started to cry.. I was walking with out pain!!!!! It adjusted my back!! After a year of Drs... I hope this helps!!!! And keep going !!! I’m on month 3 working out as well 🤪 love you 😍
I started my weight lose journey on May 20, 2020 and started at 344 lbs. I have a goal of losing 150 lbs right now and it is GREAT watching your journey! Thank you for being so vulnerable!
Well done you. You're doing so so brilliantly, it's really wonderful. Not perfect but still going is the most realistic way to get there, you're human.
Wow you are literally so adorable! I love your outlook on this whole thing and how kind you are to yourself! If you keep this up you will 100% succeed in this journey!!
I'm so happy for you 😭😭😭😭😭 your face looks alot more defined and less swollen, also you lost so many inches. Im here for you!!!!!! Honestly, (I know your number one goal for losing weight it to have children) I am READY for the day you announce a pregnancy 😭😭😭😭. I believe in you!
I'm so glad I found you. I also need to loseabout 200 lbs. I'm in my 40s, have hip, knee and back issues and don't have workout equipment so I'm anticipating it to be even more difficult; but finding your chanel has made me feel like I can do it...no excuses!!
I watched your comparison section yesterday and can’t stop thinking how inspiring you are! You’ve made so much difference to your body already, wow!, and I want you to know random people in France are cheering you on! Your cheerful voice is on my head as I do good things for my health and body.
Am I the only one who has been clicking the like button before the video even starts? 😊 I am very appreciative you are allowing us to follow along with you on your incredible journey! You have definitely inspired many people, myself included. I do not need to lose that much weight, 45ish lbs, but it is still a struggle. You are doing AMAZING!!!! Remember, if you have off days it's OK, we all have them. What you're doing is a lifestyle change and it have it's ups and downs. Wishing you the best 😊
I am on a journey as well... Lost 200 pounds 4 years ago, gained back 50 in the last 2 years... now on a journey to lose the regained weight for good! 7 weeks in and down 28 pounds! I am pushing everyday with you girl! We got this!
I’ve been waiting all day for this. So happy for you and the method you have chosen. Yes health is essential but happiness is an essential part of that. Sending love from Australia 🥰

I admire you so much. It’s so nice to see you succeed!! It makes me so happy! I see so many weight loss channels that unfortunately go nowhere and seeing the youtubers fail is just heartbreaking. But you stick to your routine, you are gentle and positive and just so nice! Keep it up, gorgeous! I’m rooting for you!!
Hey!, I've lost 120lb. I'm you from the future in a sense. I'd love to give you some important things that you didn't ask for so feel free to ignore or take or leave as you find useful. - Turtle and the hare: slow and steady is way better than fast and unstable. Respect yourself and care for yourself. It's a looooong ass journey if you want to get there AND stay there. A bit like a mountain in that sure, if you climb it the steep way, you'll get up there faster but you'll trip... that's a given... and when you do, you want to fall back a couple of feet. The steep way is just a couple of stumbles back to where you started. - Discipline. Motivation is not your friend. When you're motivated you can abuse yourself and workout for more than you should and eat less than you should which will come back to you and part of you will stop trusting you. Discipline means you show up regardless of motivation. In fact, I kinda like when I'm demotivated, I call them spirit workouts. Discipline keeps you from abusing yourself while motivation whispers in your ear sweet fickle nothings. Discipline is trust. You shouldn't trust yourself without earning that trust. You achieve trust through discipline. Once you've achieved that trust, you should have butterfingers again and still make awesome progress. - Exercise needs to hurt "good". I remember walking was "easy" but at the end my joints hurt like hell, which would make it hard to do it consistently across time. Think of a cycle: increase mobility -> you move more because it's easier -> you lose weight -> increase mobility this cycle, I bet has been backwards, it was for me. So exercise isn't exercise. It's training. Do it in a way that allows you to get better at it consistently. I would do recumbent bike at first, then regular bike when my butt could handle the seat... so on. In general. Play this game to win today such that you can play again tomorrow and then try to win more often than not. It's dirty, it's long, It's hard but that's what she said... You got this.
Can I recommend Leslie Sansone’s walking tapes? They’re really simple and easy to follow and you can get your steps in! My mom does these tapes everyday. I am enjoying your channel and congrats on the progress!
Your positive outlook is so inspiring. I’m down 36 pounds but the last 3 weeks it’s stayed the same because I got back in the depression state of mind. I like that you’re not too hard on your self.
Congrats for your healthy weightloss. You are soooo sweet. You are definitely the kind of person I would like to be friends with. Send you a hug from germany!
It's fabulous to see a weight loss channel where the person is actually following thru with their goals and plans not just reacting to others 😉 and doing so with a smile on their face

Ladies and gentlemen : PLEASE TAKE NOTES
No demonizing of the scale
She uses Multiply data points for a balanced assessment! This helps to avoid obsession with just one number or one data point---when you only measure one data point, can be very counter intuitive especially if it affects you mentally. You never put your eggs in one baskets or invest in only one stock..right? Same concept applies.
Data points to have:
1.Overall Weight with Scale
2. Video or Pictures
3.Mobility/Body Alignment
4. Partner feedback
5. Most importantly: Measuring the circumference
I’m Not telling you what to do but It would be cool to consider to add some performance/ benchmark goals; it could be a safe too. examples: How many sumo squats in 2 minutes? How many wall push ups in 1 minute? and test those monthly!

Once hospitals get back to normal, make an appointment with your doctor. There may be a hormonal or thyroid issue slowing your results.
Dont give up!! 40 lbs is amazing your 40% to your goal. DO NOT STOP. Your life is worth it!!!!!!

Rishiraj RoyChowdhury Thank you!
Great job! 😍
Great job!
Woo hoo! That’s awesome!
Just found her channel this morning. I Love to follow someone who is honest and real. Such a breath of fresh air. I’m hooked? Subbed 💜
Literally same!!
Wow major difference! Your happiness and confidence is most apparent as well! Congratulations!!!
Alan Robets with EveryDamnDay fitness sent me here.
A lot of us following his channel are cheering you on.
Go Apil! Kick August's butt!! 💪
thank you so much for the encouragement and support!🤩🤩🤩
I love his rants lol
Cheerleaders here👏💕137 lbs down too! U got this girl!
Same here!!! So glad that he did and so excited to watch her journey!
@@AprilLauren I don't agree with everything Alan says, but the video he made about you is very encouraging and he was kind.
If sunshine was a person she would be you 💞☀️
you are so amazing and inspiring and I’m super happy you decided to film your journey and that I found your channel, you are the best possible rolemodel!
Ps: your weighloss is super visible everywhere, especially the face!
Thank you so much, April!
"If sunshine was a person she would be you" YES! this voices exactly what I was thinking about your channel too!
She was so right! I’m really happy she gave me that advice. Also, I S T R U G G L E with drinking water. Especially when it’s in a big jug, it makes me wanna gag.
Also, yes girl I can tell you are shrinking! ☺️☺️☺️
Brook Milburn drink what you need
For reals!!! I started off barely being able to walk half a mile and now I can walk two in about 40 mins. We have to start somewhere even if it's a little step. Best of luck 💖
April never stop. Soon enough you'll look at yourself and you'll be proud that you never gave up
Even three minutes in I find myself smiling at your enthusiasm and mindset!
(PS: Not meaning to imply every should start doing strength training, but posture is in everything and once those pounds have dropped off people tend to really fall in love with moving their bodies one way or another.)
April is going to inspire so many people through this journey, I'm so incredible proud of her. I'm also really impressed with how well she goes at it. Accountability, variety of ways to track progress, etc.
You go girl in a year you can look back and see how far you've come, I've never seen someone so positive losing weight, your smile shines bright 👏 💗💗💗💗
Wooo hooo!! You've got this sweet girl!! I'm old enough to be your Nonni (grandma). I'm praying for you! Love, Nonni! ❤️
Thank you so much for the encouragement and your kind words!!!!❤️❤️🥰
@@AprilLauren You're welcome!❤️
I can definitely see a difference! You got this!I’m on a journey to lose 50 pounds, and you’re definitely helping me do it in a healthy and positive way!
I'm currently on my weight loss journey. I'm just starting, and I'm encouraged by your video.
You look even better now! Your face looks more glowy possibly because of the constant H2O flows, your thighs sure do starts to get firmer and definitely you are losing that extra weight! Keep up working and don't give up!
thanks so much for the support, encouragement and kind words!🥰🥰🥰
I’m starting on my 100 pound weight loss journey as a gal who is slightly over 50. It’s a struggle girl! I just wanted to thank you for your positivity and your smile! I will watch all of your videos, so you keep on doing your thing. Lol
You look are looking fabulous! I can seriously tell the weight loss in your beautiful face.
I'm with ya! I am starting my 50 pound weight loss at 54 years old--so much harder when we are older!!!!!!! We can do it, though!!
Kind Colorado , darn right we can!
Good luck to everyone ! You got this!
Good luck to both of you!
Wonderul! Keep it up and remember small changes are everything!
It’s incredible how much difference there is in such a short period of time. You’re doing great !! Thanks for inspiring us
I can feel her beautiful energy through the screen!!!!
I love the blackout bingo card idea! It's cute and fun!
You're doing great. Yes, I can definitely see the difference.
Great advice!
This is so true! I run and clearly use my legs... But when I walk, I have a tendency to jut my hips forward and sit into my lower back. This makes walking easy and relaxing, but my lower back kills afterwards! Another thing I found that works is to lean just a little bit forward and to curl your tallbone under (similar to ballet posture or what weightlifters call "hollow body" position)!
debunkdagain yes! I, too, am a runner and I know exactly what you mean!
I just started my weight loss journey and its so great to find other people that are also on there journey as well ❤
I'm really over weight and have some health related issues.
@@mr_wright_official_ thank you so much I'll check that out.
April's aura is contagious and I click so fast each time I receive a notification. Congratulations keep going and yes, we can tell.
You are a rockstar, being so vulnerable, keeping it real, down to earth, and honest. Very admirable and honourable.
Hey I'm proud of your progress! You are keeping yourself accountable and that's great. Keep on going I'm rooting for you😊
You couldn't be prettier! Keep going you got this. 😍😍😍😍😍
There’s definitely a difference in your face.
Came here to say the same thing! Can definitely tell In her face!
You're glowing, gorgeous.
We can see the contentment on your face, honestly the best difference😍
@@rainyjelly how are you doing now?
She is literally the sweetest person omg!! Awww I’m like super rooting for her and she is kicking butt!! 👏🏾☺️
Great Job! This month I struggled so much with depression. Your channel gives me hope.
Aww, thank you for sharing this with me! It means the 🌎!! ❤️❤️❤️
❤️❤️❤️😍thanks so much for the support, encouragement and kind words!
❤️❤️❤️thanks so much for the support, encouragement and kind words!
Thank you so much for the encouragement and your kind words!!!!
🥰🥰🥰
Broseph Tails thank you! You as well
Take a look at Wrightsock
LaLa Smith you should really invest in good running sneakers. I have the worst feet and I never get blisters when I run. I use dia dora sneakers and balega socks(super comfortable).
you can also tape your feet. beatrice caruso has the same problem and tapes her feet to help her. best to invest in running shoes (please go get them fitted. you do not need to break in running shoes. get ones that you are happy with.)
Your doing so good!!💕 I’ve been here since day one!! You killing it girl!☺️🤗🤗 be proud of yourself!
April, you are awesome! You win the good attitude award on UA-cam! I can tell you’re a fun person. Good luck on the rest of your journey!
I’m so happy for you! You seem like such a sweet and gentle person I’m happy you’re making strides to reach your goals. I’m positive you’ll reach them soon!
I can definitly see the dfference especially in your . I lost 25 lbs so far and hoping to lose an other 25 you are such an inspiration . Keep going !!
25lbs skein is awesome!!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩thank you so much for the encouragement and support!❤️❤️❤️❤️
I meant in your face . No worries xx
you have such a kind smile! thank you for doing this it’s like we all have a workout buddy 😌
It's fun to have a workout buddy! Keep up the good work, April. You are all over this process!
Great smart progressions. A non-scale discussion is how you’re finding how your clothes are fitting, which is neat
I’m on month 3 working out as well 🤪 love you 😍
Girl, totally see a difference! And it must be the water because i can see such a difference in your complexion. Keep going!! 💪🏼
I started my weight lose journey on May 20, 2020 and started at 344 lbs. I have a goal of losing 150 lbs right now and it is GREAT watching your journey! Thank you for being so vulnerable!
You are doing such a great thing for your health, I love all your positivity and enthusiasm!
Aww, this comment!!! It made my day! I can’t wait to be able to announce that!!! We want babies sooo much! 🥰🥰🤩🥰
You’ve made so much difference to your body already, wow!,
and I want you to know random people in France are cheering you on! Your cheerful voice is on my head as I do good things for my health and body.
I think Jenna should create a UA-cam channel!!
Well done for being consistent!!💕💕
I can see a massive difference! You're doing so well! Keep going :D
🥰🥰🥰
May i also suggest overeaters anymous they do have online groups that you participate in. This can also help you with goal. You are doing well congrats
“We hate this “ that golum voice 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣 I can relate
So proud of your journey so far April Lauren.
Think of a cycle: increase mobility -> you move more because it's easier -> you lose weight -> increase mobility
this cycle, I bet has been backwards, it was for me.
Wise words!
I love this, and you've helped me feel more confident that I'm on the right path. Thank you!
Lol...”that’s what she said”!
But seriously, great advice! Thanks for sharing. ☺️
How about a mile a day every other day? That’s what I’m doing. Then you get a little break in between. 😊
I can definitely tell in your face! This is a reminder for me to get off my butt and take my measurements. That's so important.
Can I recommend Leslie Sansone’s walking tapes? They’re really simple and easy to follow and you can get your steps in! My mom does these tapes everyday. I am enjoying your channel and congrats on the progress!
Yes! Leslie’s videos are great. They are on UA-cam also.
You can absolutely see a difference! Best part is how positive and smiley 😊 you are in every video! ❤️
Aww, hello Melo!! Thank you so much for the encouragement and your kind words!!!! ❤️❤️
