I am sooooo disappointed that you didn’t really like Meghan’s song. This kind of throwback/old-school pop is her style and it was a total banger the first time I heard it. Both her part and Nicki’s complemented one another and made the song incredible as a whole. As soon as I realized that you weren’t commenting on any of the messages of the song (self-love, women empowerment, etc.), I assumed you were just here for Nicki’s part. I think when people react they need to analyze the work beyond just the surface because that was obviously the point, when coupled with the visual, women taking over showing that they can be in charge and be bossses and not have to fit the standard of what a women use to be. I think when people react they need to analyze the work beyond just the surface because that was obviously the point, when coupled with the visual, women taking over showing that they can be in charge and be bossses and not have to fit the standard of what a women use to be. I feel like lately you don’t really give any chances to the music you’re listening to. You used to be way more open and liberal about the different sounds and artists you were listening to. I obviously love Nickis part in nice to meet ya, but I think Meghan seems so confident, has a really positive energy and her style is kind of old but also new. I don’t think that she was overshadowed and I don’t think we should compare these two women- maybe we should try to give them both a little credit and equally appreciate the effort. Not everything will ever be tailored to you specifically but if we don’t give any chances to different types of artists and their style, I think we’re losing the reaction aspect and are becoming a opinion only reaction-video-community.
