I run the SKS Bluemels on my Hooger Booger LX Comp winter commuter. I have way more clearance than you have, but damn they still collect crap fast and I have to clean them most days especially when conditions are semi dry and porridge. I have fitted a homemade floor sweeper to the front fender cuz the front just isn't long enough and even SKS's own fender extender is not long enough to stop crap constantly spraying into the drivetrain. BTW, whose are all the bikes in the garage???
They are a good cheap fender but they definatly aren't as good as any metal fender I've used for sure. Most of the bikes are mine haha, there's a couple that belong to my roomates and gf in the mix too.
Omg! That's so funny😂. I know so many people that buy stuff at the wee hours of the morning, then regret it;-). I hate my sks fenders and I have the same sunlite rack, almost the same set up on my trek 930. I feel your pain. I do hope Paul sends you some love levers. Lastly, where can I buy those wheels (rims)?
Got a '94 arette for my daily commute.Tried and true for years. Not all original at this stage, some ratting out to.Just get yer gloves, remember your Wylie Coyote rules of physics.
I’m trying to build a Winter build for means streets of Chicago , any recommendations about frames , old stool cro moly or alloy ?I got those vans gtex cheers from chi town , subscribed
Go to your local bike co-op or facebook marketplace and just find a 26er with at least 2.3in tire clearance. Stick some knobbys on it and it'll be perfect.
This is the right amount of bikes I like to see in a garage. Thanks for the bike check
Got a 97 timberline myself for a commuter myself. Always a good time watching your videos. Would be stoked on more youtube videos.
I'll do my best!

We live and we learn haha, and these wheels are not made anymore so you'd have to find them secondhand

Are those all YOUR bikes? Wow, N+1 has really gotten away from you!

An ad every 2 minutes Jesus Christ
Thanks for letting me know! I'm new to figuring out UA-cam stuff and I've been using auto add placement. How many ads did it give you?
