    THE RECIPES:
    No Bake Cheesecake
    Cream Cheese: 24oz
    Nutella: 1 cup
    Sour Cream: ¼ cup
    Heavy Cream: 1 ¼ cups
    Granulated Sugar: ¼ cup
    Powdered Sugar: 2 tbsps
    Lemon Juice: 2 tbsp
    Salt Kosher: 1 tsp
    Chips Ahoy Chucky Cookies: 5 ea
    Blueberries: ½ cup
    Blackberries: ½ cup
    - Place cookies in plastic bag and crumble. I like large chucks but smash to your desire
    - Using a hand mixer, whisk or tabletop mixer add cream and powdered sugar to bowl and whip until stiff peaks are formed to make whip cream
    - Using a hand or tabletop mixer with paddle or whisk attachment place cream cheese, granulated sugar, sour cream, Nutella, lemon juice, and salt in bowl and whip until smooth with no clumps (you can leave the cream cheese out ahead of time for 10 -15min to help soften)
    - In a large bowl add you cream cheese mixture and slowly fold in the whip cream using a rubber spatula
    - Place mixture into a piping bag, no special tip is necessary
    - Let mixture cool in refrigerator for 1 hour
    - Pipe into mason jar in layers (cheesecake, cookie, cheesecake, cookie)
    - Toss berries with lemon juice
    - Top cheesecake with berries
    - Cover place jar back into refrigerator for 6 hours and serve
    - Eat Well!
