@@ShadowGaming-yt5hu don't listen to that advice... Just practice dunking on a short rim for 30-45 mins Max jumps warm up and do some split squats and a cool down stretch when your done... Don't jump for 3-4 day until you completely recover and repeat. Doing this you should gain about a inch or so a week.
