"you may have crossed path with god, but you certainly never made a deal with the devil before now have you." could that have said any better than the devil himself.
I don't know, maybe because he still kinda is a cop so he had to blend in, or a more boring life than living for thousands of years is living life in prison.
Well, we've seen Amenediel getting stabbed by an angelic dagger in season 1, these daggers are supposed to kill angels are they not? pretty sure Mazikeen has them and they might help kill Caine for good. Man, one thing is for sure, this show never gets boring.
I suppose pierce wouldn't imply to lucifer that maybe god gave him back his wings so he can return quickly and help cain die because he thought his punishment is over.
Depending on what deal you made. As we are talking within the show universe, it’s your own guilt that’s sends you to hell, if you don’t feel guilty then you don’t go to hell. I suppose I could give you a more theological answer but short answer, and watch religious nut jobs lose their shit, is that the devil isn’t evil, it’s only the church that uses that as way of controlling the mass populace through the carrot and stick method
Lucifer went from making his own creation in the comics to not being able to kill Caïn in this... And this whole premise is misunderstanding the whole dynamic of god and lucifer, Lucifer has always been under gods ineffable plan, the motivation of the character is to see things to their extremes in an attempt to actually leave creation and not be under gods influence anymore. This spits in the face of a beautiful story with themes of predestination and destiny and individualism by making it a soap opera about a girl...
Ian Knights Lucifer actually has more of a moral compass than Cain. The human is a bully and a killer whereas at least in the show Lucifer has not killed anyone and hates bullies.
After living for so long and going what he went through I wouldn't considered pierce neither good or bad. He put chloe in harm's way for example but he never meant for her to get hurt. He had someone kidnap lucifer to get him out of the way whereas he could have just killed him on the spot.

Cain, the immortal, wears a helmet.
He may be immortal but he can still feel pain. And I wager he's had enough with getting locked up in his thousands of years for violating laws.
Lead. By. Example.
:D
Immortal, not stupid, safety is important

Beats being pulled over every 2 blocks.
New bromance lol
light of creation might have killed him, if they kept god wife Charlotte around...

Those blades work like regular blade when used on human. Doesn't do shit to Cain, other than to cut him.

whats with the static at 1:35 ?
I can't remember if they ever tried decapitation?
Wait can’t Lucifer just bring pierce to he’ll technically be dead
Love that quiet rumble of thunder in the background when they shake hands, like gods watching and is quietly showing his displeasure
If he made a deal with Lucifer... wouldn't he go to hell anyway?

Deal with Devil
Great fucking scene, really interesting premise
Literally.Awesome.Mega.Excellent 😍
Where are episodes 13 to 26
It's the deal with the devil
Is pierce a good guy because he doesn't act it
Omar Stone I don't think he's a good guy. He killed his brother, after all, and he puts others in harms way because he wants to die.
About as good as Luci I think.

I don't think he's a good guy I guess will wait and see
