Even though this is no longer the latest version of Excel, I still found the video to be very helpful in understanding the analyses I'm looking at today. Thanks for making this!
Thanks a lot!!! Totally forgot how to do it after college. You did a great job! Clear and not too slow! Thanks! Just what i need for the current project!
thank you so much! after watching this video, I was able to run multiple regressions on the dataset i had to evaluate for my stat class. most importantly, I now better understand the model and what the values in the summary mean in relation to the variables.
Hello. I'm sorry, it looks like I never did make a video showing how to the 3-D graph. Here are steps to do it, though. I hope it helps. To make a 3-D graph in Excel… 1) Make a grid of fitted values over the range of potential X-values for each of two quantitative X-variables. 2) Highlight the grid values, including the margin values. 3) Go to Insert --> Other Charts --> Surface 4) Edit the Graph by adding axis labels, rescaling the axes to remove excess empty space, etc.
click on the Office Button in the top left corner, click on the “Excel Options” button in the lower left, click on “Add-Ins”, click on “Analysis ToolPak”, click “Go”, check Analysis ToolPak, then click “OK”.
Hi. -sorry, I didn't call it a multiple regression video. It's called "How to Make a Scatterplot Matrix in Excel" and it's available on my site with all the others. It's a preliminary video to doing multiple regression.
who ever you are, you are doing a great thing for humanity:)

THANK YOU! You saved me in my AP stat class!
Thank you very much for the video buddy, it actually saved me in my Economics Class! Tnx!
very clear presentation. Thank you.
Dear ProfTDub
Which video shows you that equation can be graphed in a 3 dimensions?
could you please explain how to run non linear multiple regression using excel

Thanks!!! It is not intuitive that Excel does MULTIPLE regression given the options.
WTF Why don't I have data analysis to the right of my screen?
