I use the mod "Alternative Token Cover", it handles 99% of cases, including soft cover. For commonly used activities it makes sense to have a specific macro (e.g. the healer and the treat wounds macro). For most characters the Basic Action Macro is good enough though. Better that than clogging up their macro bar so the spend a minute or two trying to figure out where they put a particular macro.
Thank you! Great series. I don't have the Recall Knowledge: show skill breakdown option to change in workbench to make it more clean. But the macro will be so helpful.
For the cover macro, there are actually modules that automate cover in pathfinder. They're called Alternative Token Cover + Alternative Token Visibility.
I somehow missed it was in BAM, but regardless you can pull it out as a separate macro if you use it often and want to save a button click. Also, now you know how to use it properly!

We need more! This will be mandatory education for my players.
This is me, having liked and subscribed, now remembering to comment.

Is workbench fully updated? Strange!
Keep them coming!

I’ll give those a shot!
So helpful. I have to do all the stuff myself but man this will be great for my players!
Another solid tutorial, Pabs! Keep em' coming!
Great stuff! Keep 'em coming.
Ngl, the Gibbering Mouther bit got me good 😂
You don't have to select a token when using generate prompt 😊 just for the roll
It does auto fill in the level in level based checks if you select the token. I should have clarified that better!
awesome. i'm gonna use all of these. is there a similar one to earn income with crafting?
Yup, the earn income macro lets you select crafting from the drop down!
Can I save the macro directory and move it to another world or do I have to do this for every world?
You can do it with shared compendiums, although that's more complicated of a topic than i can write down in a single comment!
re: Treat Wounds. Doesn't the BAM macro in your previous video already do this exact thing?

@DiceAsylum indeed. Excellent macros regardless!
