I've been using this for about a month. Great little set of exercises and you can customize it a bit. Here's what I've done. 1. JoJo Mayer hand clap I do as presented. 2. The mike Johnston exercise I do the first repetition open/close both hands simultaneously, second repetition L R L R alternate and then switch between these for each rep. This I believe helps not only exercise the muscles, but also the neural pathways. 3. Feet exercise. I alternate this one a lot Some reps heel up, some heel down, some alternating feet like a double bass blast, some with feet together. Most recently in 16ths with the right foot, while playing 8ths with the left. Try different subdivisions with your Feet. You can do this with your hands on exercise 2 as well and you will see great improvements in your independence. Thanks so much for this video Master Kenoby!

Yes, definitely! But keep in mind to be very relaxed. You don't want to take the bad habit of griping the stick to tight and to be tense while playing ;)
