@@DrBhrettMcCabehmm i would say Pt 4 - Anticipation and Anxiety - at the moment i’m using sounds (ie audio.golf) to help time out the swing and get into a pseudo/mini flow state
Thank you letting golfers know this is a WARM up. Coming from basketball point was to get lathered up. Start with layups or free throws work way back to the 3pt line towards end. When introduced to golf everyone was trying to fix their swing 10 min before tee time lol simply dumb
Love what you have to offer , ive spent the last 18 years learning everything about the golf swing and have changed the tech. Side of my game to be solid +1 golfer but have always neglected the mental side of learning. Definately getting this program!!

100% - judging your swing after two balls stepping out of the car is not a recipe for success
