That was so amazingly beautiful. The balance of sound from both the music and scenes didn't distract from the emotions you displayed for the audience to see and in fact, enhanced them. I really loved the transitions between scenes and flashes of comparison. Honestly, it was like a video essay on how their relationship has developed and how they have in turn been torn down to rebuild themselves into more confident and patient people. This was so stunning that it made me cry. I absolutely loved it. Thank you so much for making this, I adored it!

Tina Wish I’m hoping for a second season as through watching edits I’ve seen roughly where it ends and she lives for another six years, that’s another three seasons (from 1832 to 1834 it covered two years)

This is the best video ever!!! I cried and my heart is so full for these two ❤ they went through so much pain but the kiss on the hillside and the wedding scene was so amazing 💕 and this edit is perfect from the song choice to the chosen dialogue it was just 10/10. I really wish there was a s3 😭

Very, very good. Love this song. I can't get enough of the story of Anne Lister and Ann Walker. And i am not gay at all. (Anne was so much more then a lesbian that is what makes her so fascinating as she was not scared to be who she is in all respects of life, for the time she lived in). The series is done so well done. Sadly in real life their relationship was not a happy one.
I've read much of the diaries. They had their happy and good times and more challenging stretches, like many marriages. They were together until Anne's death, which was at an age far too young. What Anne wanted most was a lifelong companion, which she got. The challenging times popped up with money stress (common for many marriages) and challenges dealing with Walker's physical and mental health issues, which popped up at times and can be stressful for partners. They were together until the end of Anne's life, which speaks for itself regarding their commitment to each other.
