I bet the person in the white car was not expecting the person in front to stop at the yield sign since there was not traffic. I think that person was looking back to see if any cars were coming and didn't see the person in front. That was how I had my first and only fender bender. Will never make that mistake again.

Not sure what the reason was for the hesitation by the lead car. Was it done deliberately or were they just not paying attention, we'll never know.
