So I walked up behind the gentleman and quietly asked him to walk with me, as I didn’t want to start something knowingly involving a weapon amidst a mass of unwashed hippies. Come to think of it, I wouldn’t really want to do anything amidst a mass of unwashed hippies, but I think that’s only common sense. Once out of the crowd, I step us into an alcove and secure him and his weapon. That’s when he claimed to be a Federal law enforcement officer. I won’t name the branch, but some of them seem rather Famous But Ignorant. After disarmed and cuffed (verbal claims carry no weight with me in such a scenario), I did come across a badge from said agency. Not considering a chunk of metal “positive ID”, I asked if he had photo ID to back it up. He seemed surprised I didn’t immediately release him at that point, but confirmed photo ID was also there. I looked and did find such ID. But being the thorough type, I placed a quick call to the field office who did confirm the guy’s status as one of theirs (he wasn’t terribly happy about my thoroughness in ascertaining his ID). But I did all that because I was certain that an Agent of this agency couldn’t *possibly* be so tactically ignorant as to stand out both in appearance and with his neon sign of “Hi, I’m armed” like he did. I was so thorough because I honestly believed I was dealing with someone impersonating an Agent, as I believe strongly in an armed citizenry. It's been years ago now, but I was downtown in Savannah Georgia and noticed some guys in aviators, windbreakers, all with a very similar matching haircuts, and noticed at least one of the guys was wearing an earpiece. For a second there I thought it was like a student film, because they look like bad caricatures of what you would think a federal agent looks like. And then three white SUVs with homeland security tags pulled up, and the guys broke into twos and got into them. They drove off and a little while later a sheriff's department K9 SUV drove down the same road. I asked a buddy of mine with the sheriff's department "what the hell?" He said It was some politician that was in town on vacation, and when they do that the bomb squad dog follow them around in case there is an incident. I criticized how badly they were all dressed, and he said they all kind of dress like that, like they all shop at the same stores.

Honestly, Ive had it the other way around. The UPS driver tips me off to when he just made a delivery to the gun shop next door. Lets me know what type of ammo he delivered and he even talked to the managers there and they agreed to hold some back. Thank you for your service UPS guy!
I haven't seen anyone mention the guy who was detained and questioned at the fedboi meetup. He is indeed a fedboi from New Jersey who works for CBP. Everyone is saying he wasn't there in an official capacity, but the US attorney has said they aren't pursuing charges against him. All of that info = that dude was definitely undercover.
Not pursuing charges doesn't mean he was undercover. Feds can carry in D.C., and even if by some technicality he wasn't supposed to be armed, we all know that cops never prosecute other cops unless they're forced to by public outcry.
@@Bacteriophagebs Cops are people. Husbands, fathers, sons, brothers, daughters, sisters, mothers, and wives, pillars in their community. They do in fact legally go after other police in the wrong. However given how many adults with the mentality of children will lash out at people who uphold the rules, seeking out them, their friends, and their families to kill/maim, they tend to keep the case underwraps rather than blasting it across the news. Unless something heinous was done most court cases don't get media coverage.
Btw the haircut in that picture is an actual FBI required hairstyle for men. It's the same as or just very similar to the military's hairstyle requirement for men. It's meant to be short, ungrabbable, and clean. Which is also why they have very minimal or no facial hair. Enlisted soldiers aren't allowed to have long beards and are required to shave often, so I imagine this is also a standard that carries over to the FBI.
My grandmother was listening to the radio when they were talking about that rally the day before it took place. The Host was talking about how "People think I'm a Fed, or that there are going to be Feds and that it's a potential sting. I'm here to say it's not the case..." And continues to talk about how safe and legitimate the rally was as he had ok'd it with capital police. Well that was a goddang lie

Undercovers practically come with signs. Their hair is almost always in regs, they tend to be in above average shape, no visible tattoos, and they tend to ask questions out of the blue like “bro, you have a secret gun cache?”.
I'm sure they have some better ones but they're few and far between and assigned to more important targets than some random tiny political rally. Like the female feds are the ones I'm more afraid of.
It would have been fun to troll the Abercrombie and Snitch group in person. “Hello, my fellow Fed bois! I, too, am here to entrap my fellow Americans in BS crimes! I think I see a red hat over there!”
10:20 yeah, as a fedex employee, I can say that the ammo shipped isn't exactly packed too well. who ships a straight up box of loose 9 mil in really crappy cardboard, sometimes a couple rounds will just fall out... (or at least that's what it looks like when it's about to go out) when we're taking it out of the ground trucks. I'd think it'd work better if there were multiple boxes inside the big box, or if they just used better cardboard without issues with the corner tearing

yeah no kidding. A lot of my guns have come from there and I had to search long and hard to find the deals that I did. Blatantly asking "Are you undercover?" with everyone and his cousin recording? Yeah, that's an "I know the shit you're trying to pull and here's how it backfires on you fucko" move.
When you get taught camouflage in the military, you try to blend in with your environment but I guess the feds miss that training. Hell even hunters know how to use camouflage when they hunt.
even the bright orange vests hunters wear are cuz humans see it just fine but deer don't see that color; it's why tigers do so well against them; if a deer sees a tiger crouched in grass it just sees grass
My favorite thing about the undercover feds photo is that they literally all look like the *SAME. GUY.* Except since they're NPCs in an rpg, they only have different looking hair and clothes. Like, TELL ME THEY DON'T LOOK LIKE THEY'RE ALL FROM THE EXACT SAME DEFAULT CHARACTER MODEL!
Idea for anyone daring enough: set up a booth at any event with a big "Glowsticks for Glowies" sign. Offer free glowsticks to anyone who can present valid federal agency ID.
So living in Virginia, I did hear about the “dc rally” and even before the event it was being called a sting/entrapment operation. Then the photos and videos came out and everyone was like “told ya so”.

I heard about this event ahead of time, and everyone and I instantly said, "This glows like the sun, do you know anyone going to this? Organizing this? Hear about it anywhere before main stream media? No? Yeah, this is a false flag waiting to happen."
I have had the USPS and FEDEX both "Lose" some shipments of ammo. In total their value was over $4,000. I was reimbursed by the website i ordered from and all. But it was a fuck ton of work to get that money back.
The Bloomington CA Fedex transfer station is known to steal or have go missing about 50% of the firearms that go through that place. Funny the moment you call in the ATF to find out where a missing firearm went they magically find it in the back somewhere. So yes having guns or ammo stolen out of the mail is a thing, yes we even know of places where it is more likely to happen. No the pearl clutchers don't seem to care much about it as compared to making sure your pistol brace SUPER isn't a stock.
@@miketlane yes it is. The package is "lost", set aside. If people come looking for it then it's "found". If no one comes looking for it after a while then it's "lost" (stolen) for good.

@@ajorsomething4935 That I can actually understand. Non-fleet versions were still active in the wild, and a lot of people don't memorize makes and models. Imagine watching your ring camera and the UPS girl stops, looks at the unusually heavy, special black/white labeled, magic content box, then drops it and proceeds to kick it all the way to the door to ensure it's as messed up as possible.

I find it hilarious that on this video I got an ad to "legally" erase serial numbers from your guns lmaooooo Got a fed ad on a video about feds Beautiful.
Interesting thing about ammo going missing from shipments, it usually just falls out of the box that its in. If the original box can't be found, the spilled ammo ends up at a place like Overstock or something. Moral of the story, pack your shit so that you'd be comfortable tossing it down a flight of stairs.
Before the last panic I got some bulk, loose-pack from a company I had never bought from before. When it showed up at my mailbox an entire corner was ripped off. Fortunately the ammo was inside a heavy gauge plastic bag; otherwise, a thousand rounds of 9mm would have been on the floor of a Fedex facility/truck.
I remember going to a gun show and the seller was trying to sell me a "Russian" svt 40 for $4,000 when you can clearly see Chinese letters on the stock and the markings on the receiver & barrel
As someone who works at ups some people can't load shit right and sometimes you have boxes rip open when they hit the ground I've seen all types of shit scattered across the floor ranging from human shit to Lamborghini parts sometimes with ammo boxes they open up and there's ammo everywhere in and outside the trailer door finding every single bullet isn't always possible
10:14 - A fedex guy stole the 40S&W out of my ship to store box to Cabela's and delivered empty boxes. He opened the box, opened the boxes, dumped out the bullets. Put the empty trays back in, closed the boxes, set them in the box, taped it back up an delivered an empty box. Cabela's was just as shocked as me when they called me up to say they would be refunding me
That just really makes you wonder why bother? Resealing the boxes so they don't look different as if people can't tell the difference between an empty box and a box half-full of lead?
Yeah, my stepdad had his ammo stolen one time. Or at least, they tried to. Two days in a row they marked the order as “delivery attempted” when there were people home and the driver never stopped at the house. He ended up just driving down to the local ups and telling them that he was gonna get law enforcement involved. They told him where the deliver driver was going to bring the package back to. He met the driver and got the package from him.
@@cheshire4856 I actually contribute twelve of fourteen bucks a month to the you tube just so I don't see ads. So yeah, comment for the Al Gore Ithim. Guy's got to make a dollar somewhere, right?
to answer the stolen ammo question, ive been working part time at a Florida LGS for the last year, and we did a lot of ammo sales through ammoseek. the missing packages and claims got so bad we had to switch from Fedex to UPS just because of the insurance customer service. shit was hella sus.
FBI protip: never tell the uniformed feds that you are an undercover fed; they might admit to owning personal firearms or having attended a political rally before they find your badge. It's not like you are going to find an actual perp, and you don't want to be that guy who goes back for debriefing empty handed.
I live in DC and I didn’t even know this was a thing… If this was a real thing they did not do a good job getting the word out to the local 2A community. Like I heard exactly 0 people mention this… not when I was at the range, not when I was at my LGS, not when I was stuck waiting for half an hour at the mpd gun registration office surrounded by other gun owners also stuck waiting, (because that’s what you have to do in DC every time you want to buy a new gun). Literally heard about this rally from no one!
That’s completely false because when you clicked this video BRANDON told you about it! Even if it’s already over he still told you lol all jokes aside that’s why I love living down here in good ole’ Georgia where you can buy a gun waiting inline at the bank and you can get ammo in the snack aisle at your local circle K gas station lol
10:45 I work at a range where ups, usps, and FedEx will bring in ammo if they find out it’s ammo in a box that breaks open and wasn’t marked as having had ammo inside. That happens more often then you think. It’s a shame last month, USPS brought in a case of .50 BMG Black tip someone tried to ship as a flat rate box. (Big no no)
I blame ups and FedEx on that I wanted to sell some ammo and every instructions page I found was vague as fuck and no concrete way to verify which one is right.
@@erueka6 it has to have a hazardous material sticker and be declared when you drop the package off to be shipped, you will pay extra shipping on it as a result. also it is required that an 18+ signature is obtained upon delivery, but thats on the carrier. and that wherever and whomever it is being shipped to is not breaking any laws of course.
@@erueka6 I don’t know the exact regulations off hand and if they changed based on the state the ammo is being shipped in or to, I know you have to declare it as being ammunition since it is considered a hazardous/explosive material when being shipped, which is why shipping costs are always high on ammo. It costs more because they’re always shipped ground transport only they can’t be mailed via air transport.

Cabela's was just as shocked as me when they called me up to say they would be refunding me
