We had this fitted on Smirf but after our Italian tour, the roof was so hot it melted the strip. IH replaced it and we haven’t had any problems since. The long LED throws a very bright light. Some people don’t like being parked next to us when we use it. However we try not to leave it on too long. We have a small LED light outside the hab door as backup. Great video. Goes to show these jobs are possible if you know what you are doing. 😃👍🏻🚐💙 Trev
Hi trev it was IH i’d always seen them on that initially inspired me , so bright now can see the whole area , love them , not had neighbours yet only been away the once and site wasn’t busy , but i like the fact they are visible even when the canopy is in , a nice little addition 👍 thanks guys take care

These things happen, part of ownership I guess, three days before our return from Denmark our 12v charger packed up ( it was the original from 1996 so I'm guessing I couldn't return it 😂), being old couldn't buy an original so bought a refurbished £106, so all In all not to bad, water pump bit of a pain but you'll sort it easy enough.
yes £106 not bad , half the time these caravan service people are busy 6 months in advance ! Great if your half handy yourself and will probably have to end up doing our waterpump ourselves as the fella i contacted to do it over a week ago hasnt even bothered to reply to me with a time , date and price !
Don't sell yourself short, if not sure utube it, I'm sure it will be on there some where, when I'm doing things that are new to me, I take photos taking things apart as a guide to how to put it back, give it a go 👍.

@@robertsavage7804 no way 😂 , i daren’t ! , it took 3 hours in real time and there’s no way id of attempted it , someone who knows a bit of DIY or is a bit handy in that way could do it but i know nothing about elec or 12v , i’ll leave it to the professionals 👍😂
