These all chip chops of automation will hardly cost 1 lack including deployment with all sensors and more over people need is home not a datacentre.
All other accessories which is provided will hardly cost 3-4 lacks with best brands.
I don't know where the world is going earlier people use to buy house and make it a home, now people are destructing their homeliness and building and buying such houses, no feel of happiness and warmth of family its just a piece of digital circuits.
I request to all the viewers to stop such rent and land mafia's as majority of the ppl in Gurgaon are IT employees and came from a long distance to work here, earn, save and send to their families not just to pay emi's to such land and rent mafia's.
I made my room a smart room like this a year back, used some adruino circuits and some light switches at dirt cheap prices. I can still control them with my keyboard on my old pc. It doesn't really support google assistant but I can control lights, fans, door(electric one) and my rgb sticks on the ceiling with my keyboard

security feature are not so strong....google voice assistant can be easily hacks....many lack of security like as if i cut whole power supply of apartment then two results are possible either whole apartment will be locked and oxygen supply will be stoped or all door will opened automatically.... i know that whole features will installed by engineer.... but this weak security can be easily hacked... i know you will not take my msg seriously ... but its time up gradation....

People saying ₹1.63 ke liye ye kuch bhi nahi, don't know that the rates get affected by it's surroundings too, gaao mai 4-5 bhk mil jaye, per 5 min chalke swimming pool, gym, general store, etc nahi milega
I liked the concept and design ofcourse its beautiful but i want to ask you one question, i don't see any ceiling fan in any room neither split AC unit, even if we consider the positions of ceiling fans, i want to ask your suggestion, what would you place over dining table? a ceiling fan or decorative hanging light? if light then we will compulsorily need to use AC when we accommodate dining space because there is no fan, right?

This is the price of prime location not flat. The flats in your villages will not appreciate whereas this has appreciated well. For those complaining about 1500 vs 900 should read difference between super and carpet area. The difference amounts to common area like gym pool club divided equally among residents.
