    Something i would recommend before zeroing your optic is zeroing your rifling. In my experience at least, all scars pcars and bcars ive tried have sent the dart slightly more in one direction relative to its rotation, and ive found rotating the muzzle device/barrel until it sends the darts upwards relative to the blaster really reduces the amount you need to zero the optic. Ive also found some scars to have a significant enough "hop up" to noticibly increase the range and reduce the need to tilt the optic.

      Yea I have noticed that some rifling devices don't put enough spin on the dart for the fps range, so I would say not to do this, but instead to find the optimal scar/bcar angle for your blaster, for 300 fps I have found 3-5 degree BCARs to work the best and 100 degree SCARs

    Great video - thanks for posting this. It would be awesome if you do a video on selecting a sight/optic, or maybe going through the different sights that you use and so on. I've just got into the hobby and I feel this would be very helpful for lots of people. Cheers and keep up the good work.
    EDIT - actually your comments to other people below answered a lot of the queries about sights and scopes already!

      You could use pretty much any 1x sight. I just wouldn't recommend anything magnified due to the close range nature of Nerf. The longest you'll ever shoot is like 70M.

    Brad great vid. Always love the content. I know you are probably a nerd for darts like myself so i want to recommend you worker bamboo heavies. To me they performed way better then the standard worker heavies and classic 1g darts.

    • @BradleyPhillipsYT
      @BradleyPhillipsYT  5 місяців тому

      I have tried them before. They go further than 1gram but did not see an accuracy boost.

      @BradleyPhillipsYT interesting. With my worker BCAR and seagull it was quite noticeable over standard workers. For me standard workers don't perform as well as I've seen on your videos. Always found that strange.

    And would you add a link for us nerfwrs please.

    What are good resources for shopping for sights? Amazon and ebay are entirely anti gun, so they dont even have sights/scopes on there any more. Preferably in Australia so that customs dont yoink it.
