If anyone has taken a look at the title, you would be able to denote the fact that this is likely an experiment on children, hence the beginning, where you see bodies inside a tube. Whilst near the end we're shown many different children along with someone that is hooded, likely representing the consciousness being forced into them. Whilst, during the scenes between the start and the end, this is probably the conflict being experienced due to the drugs, and battling for the body. E.g when he stabs the girl, he actually stabs himself which shows that there's multiple personalities in one body.
I think that those two people were not originally one person. They had their own body and had their own personality which would explain the picture where the girl kisses the boy. Then because of the scientist that was holding the boys hand when he was a child in 0:47 he put two personalities in the boy (Him and the girl). Cause when the boy looked in the mirror his reflection was the girl. And in this song they are fighting for control. Thats what I think.

It shows the boy's older sister who is desperate because he was kidnapped/disappeared. I forgot the girl's name, but the boy's Rei and his sister is Haku. However, at the official website, there seems to be some changes. Rei is now the younger brother of Mikage... It's confusing.
From what I understood, this is about Tokido Haku's little brother, Tokido Rei, who's practically suffering psychedilsm or some sort of identity crisis. The girl and boy here represents his split personalities and in order for Rei to attain peace of mind again, they fight each other to the death so one of them could gain control over Rei's body and mind. But if you pay attention, it looks like Rei's body was commiting the same action done by his' personalities causing him to stab and kill himself just as his' personalities pointed out knives at each other. That probably explains Haku's tears and the lyrics "You, too late, disappeared." OR IDK, just my smol theory xD Also this is from a pretty awesome series by Zips entitled Heisei Project. Unfortunately, it not an anime, guys.

I just suddenly remembered this song I liked for a certain period during my school years in about January but couldn't remember its title nor the producer, it's only now that I've finally found it

At the end you see the hooded figure and the different forms of the girl through the ages. the girl was created as an experiment but people were scared of her because she was to powerful so the hooded character (the boy) was created to forever keep her at bay. Each has a red eye and when one kills the other they posses the other eye until the other is reborn. That's why they want to hurt and kill each other, but they fall in love with each other instead, making them want to kill the other even more, to end the others suffering. That explains why she kisses him after she stabs him and at the end why the boy says 'I love you' when he was killed. they love each other but they can never be together. It also explains why he is standing and why she is kneeling, she is sad that he is dead and she was the one to kill him. he is standing in front of her to remind her of his death. Its kinda twisted.

Okay so this may be a little off topic, but has anyone else noticed these vocaloid video titles have really long difficult words in the titles. Not all of them of course but quite a few have words I didnt even know where existed, like in this video for example Psychedelism. Or in another video I saw the title had the word Eudamonics. The list goes on with words like Lethargic and Monochrome, and I just may be illiterate as fuck but I go and look up the defintions to these words I dont know (because Im one of those people) to find out what they mean. .....And also has anyone else noticed that these covers have really compelling titles that make me want to watch them. ..Hm... I'm guessing that in the video, Sakuhi was another personality of Rei's. I think maybe they were fighting over the body. But, in the end, Sakuhi gave it up to Rei (when she kissed him and at the part she said "I'm sorry"). Then, the girl in the end was Haku, Rei's sister... and the random people at the end were "Heisei Snipers" and "Dominant" that were both organizations having a secret war. That's what I'm thinking. By the way, this song is amazing!

Okay so this may be a little off topic, but has anyone else noticed these vocaloid video titles have really long difficult words in the titles. Not all of them of course but quite a few have words I didnt even know where existed, like in this video for example Psychedelism.
Or in another video I saw the title had the word Eudamonics. The list goes on with words like Lethargic and Monochrome, and I just may be illiterate as fuck but I go and look up the defintions to these words I dont know (because Im one of those people) to find out what they mean.
.....And also has anyone else noticed that these covers have really compelling titles that make me want to watch them. I see word play and other stuff put in video titles and Im like "Im gonna watch that that looks cool."
