In this video we showcase how you can harvest radish microgreens, you will see that we harvest quite high up, the reason for that is many chefs dosent like the long stem, which means only part of the microgreen will be used in this case. We also place them with the bottom part in the packaging this makes the products easier to pickup by the customer.
