In this video we showcase another way to deliver live microgreens in a cartonbox. This microgreen box is made specificlly for restaurants. You can open the sides which gives you an easy access to the greens.
The box is 26x11x4 cm in size (LxwxH)
There is no lid as the greens themself work as a lid with thier leaves. The only thing is that when you package your microgreens like that the hempfiber used as growmedia can't we dripping wet or the package will be ruined. water the evening before you will package.
