Thats what you want! the lower the better! just shows how broke and much training and discipline goes into these horses! not only does it make it smoother think about even for roping off horse you dont want their head to the sky getting in your way? Shows how light they are in the face (pressure/control.
That means the horse has no fear whatsoever of getting pulled by the reins and also is completely relaxed. People have been made to believe horses hold their heads up high by pop culture, that's not the case!
A relaxed and soft horse lowers his head. A stressed or frightened horse has his head up and on a swivel. So, in answer to your question, a good horseman.
@@waynebutcher700 Poor example. You've also never seen a rope horse willfully guided, listening and thinking. This is because all a rope horse knows is to hit the barrier fast, following calf ass and then mostly getting jerked into the ground. The mostly always there tie down is to keep em from flipping over on you. You might have seen the occasional heal horse rate some. But they're being held hard. The rope hoses that do rate mostly are doing the world's greatest cowboy thing which involves reining training ... lowered head.
I hate the headset on that horse! That's not a natural headset. That's why I'm totally against showing! The owners all say they love their jobs, but that's bullshit!!! The training and showing of those horses cause them to be wore out and crippled at about 7 or 8 yrs. old! Reining horses are notorious for needing hock injections of Hyaluronic Acid and other such meds. I trained and rode trail horses, not show trail but real trails. My horses enjoyed being rode in the mountains because that was a change of pace from arena riding. As soon as they had go,stop, and turn they went to the hills!
Nice ride, good looking horse!
Programms over Programms. Programmed riders, programmed horses, programmed trainers programmed viewers, programmed shows , programmed institutions . Long lived the low frequency
🙈
Looks like he’s limping , in pain
Who the hell would want to ride a horse with it's nose dragging in the dirt?

That's funny, I've never seen a ropin' horse come outta the chute running like a hound dog.
