Look ive got the lost bullet
Rick , best can do is 10 dollars, ive got to get it framed, ive got people to pay and the cat has got kittens
Lmao
Hahaha this was a great comment
More like the police officer who made the report lol
"its all available online"
so are pictures of the mona lisa does that make it worthless
lol I was just saying the same thing to people.
the guy wasn't selling the original documents, just a copy of them in film, so your analogy doesn't hold.
@@zezesilver It doesn't need to be the original item. A first edition printing of Shakespeare's First Folio sold for 5 million dollars in 2006.
@@zezesilver picasso etchings are another example
What would you pay for a photo of the mona lisa? I'd say $1,000.00 would be over paying.
I've seen rick cheap out, but this was on a whole new level.
He saw an opportunity with saying, I wont be able to sell it. I am thinking that thing wont stay on the shelves longer than a week if it is original evidence to who shot the President.
There was no estimate price though. He may have low balled it just as much as the owner may have been asking way too much. We just don't know.
Whats the worse case you've seen Ricky cheap out
Contact the show and buy it for $10K.
He went full on hebrew
Rick: “I don’t even know if I can sell this super infamous thing everyone knows about.”
Yeah, so I'll keep it for myself, for a grand?
It’s all public records. It’s just a more nerdier, throw-back way to view it. But who’d pay TEN GRAND for something that doesn’t even have exclusive knowledge?
That’s available at every library in the world 🤦🏻♂️
@@m.p.sutherlandjr.6905 The Mona Lisa is also a publicly-available image. But the original painting is worth a little something.
@@EGarrett01 exactly people are dumb af bruh they still think the deep state doesn't exist l0l and msm isn't fake news.
Guy: literally sells history
Rick: I'll give you a grand for it
You can pay more, contact the guy!
I was gonna say the same thing.
Feel free to put your money where your mouth is, and buy the microfilm for more than the seller wants.
Everything is available publicly.. so.. a grand is pretty good, that's like a bit more than the average salary a month.
I'm buying Rihanna for 2 grands .since everyone album is available publically.
"this is crucial evidence to solve the president's assassination case"
Rick: 2 grand, not a penny more.
Deep Under and not an important evidence
😂
Assassination was already solved
@Cerus98 There aint no impossible magic bullets, there are only possible magic bullets.
It's available free all over the internet where people can read everything in that micro film. Basically you're just buying the physical form of the film.

Can you confirm ? Thanks
Low ball Rick strikes again
commission + fees, he could only do 2k and make money off of it. he probably could have gone higher but 10k was the lowest the guy wanted to go and... rick couldn't have done 10k and still made money off of it.
Nice I bet he was kicking himself for not offering a better offer than that.
To an unknown buyer and hasnt been since...
When the show first came out I was annoyed by Mark’s policy of not putting a price on items but with time he’s become by far my favorite expert on the show and also I fully understand why he doesn’t price items.
It was claimed Oswalds call never got through to the CIA contact. This says whoever he phoned...the call was half an hour long. Also his possessions list - a MINOX camera, a miniature spy camera.
it's because Mark once gave Rick a price and Rick ended up getting less for it at an auction and he got really mad at Mark, so now Mark doesn't give any prices. he says pricing these artifacts is like a gamble because you don't know how much someone will pay for it.

I can't believe how they're dumbing down the Springfield Library. They've gotten rid of the English literature section... and replaced it with a make-your-own-sundae bar.
I heard they got rid of the reference desk to make room for an air hockey table.
Even the microfilm?
Even the microfiche.
I like pizza.
The real question here, do they have a good Salad Bar?
2:22, dude gets in his car, turns on the ignition and his vehicle blows up. We'll never know what happened in Dallas that day!
Most of this case has been solved for over 50 years.. We know who, how and why.. Read my comment in the main section it sums up everything..
We know… We knew 12 hours after the crime.. The cop killer did it..
If you're buying it "for yourself" then you should buy it at a fair retail price. Not lower than wholesale.
Exactly. I probably would have bought it for 10k myself.

#2:23 "so I'll meet you guys at the library" - everyone take a different path 😂
Yes, Rick probably has to let Cory or the old man know he's headed out, Mark probably needs the washroom n the other guy is on his way there

I was born 9.5 years later.
I'm still not born. Writing this from the womb!
I was just looking online to see the clips and on the National Archives it says that the micro film wasn't ever really released so, kind of cool.

Well done m8. A rare collection of information.

Rick: let me call up my buddy
The Disaster Girl original photo sold for almost $500K and everyone has access to that photo too. But they don't have access to the original. This is the original master copy, and it's the only one in existence in the world, ever. What the seller has is a piece of history of a time that will forever be remembered.
Imagine getting shot and people turn you into a collectible
and they're getting some yuks out of it except for the rim shots.
Ever heard of a crucifix? Or Jesus?
Man: "I have $17000 to sell here"
Rick: "I can give $1000 for it and a melted crayons and I'm taking a huge risk here"
The true assassin was among others Mack Wallace, Lyndon Johnson's go to hit man. His fingerprint was found on the cartridges used in the sniper's nest in the Book Depository.
Joan Mellin debunked that in her book on LBJ.. And she is an avid conspiracy believer..
Blurry copy of the original, examined by 2 people who were not experts.. So, she got the actual print from the archives and 2 accredited experts to examine it in the blind.. No match..
"the masters were never put in a machine so they didn't get scratched."
"to see if they're real we'll have to go put it in a machine."
George Macdonald said what I was going to
The new machine probably has a better system then the old machines making it less likely to scratch
Plus the librarian must need some sort of special degree to handle something so valuable

Ok just watched this, I have an issue with them saying this is a master negative - this is quite clearly a working positive copy. You can tell the difference due to the fact that the master background is completely clear, and the positive is black as this one is. I have worked in the preservation microfilm industry for 35 years so I know the difference.
I would assume that the library who made this film still hold the Master Negative in cold storage as it should be.
The content of this positive copy is probably where the value is not any other reason.
But then I could probably order a copy from the library who has the master for $100 .
Ooooh.... Nice.... Hats off to your wisdom! 👏🎖️🏆🏅Would love a copy of this!
They wouldn't know it's "the best copy"
I love how a Public Library in Las Vegas, has a significantly more advanced microfilm reader, then the University of Southern Denmark, I was using one of those old-school semi-mechanical monstrosities.

Hi! Thanks for being a #PawnStars fan!
Rick: let me call a buddy of mine who I think shot JFK
I asked my grandma about the end of WW2, she said, "Everyone was running out of their house celebrating". Asked her about the assassination of JFK, she said, "Meh".
I was in the break room on a military base - a friend of mine almost got court-martialed because after watching about three hours of coverage, he wanted to change channels to see what else was on. Didn't happen though, they found out JFK was not loved by everyone.
Dude, you're sitting on HISTORY! Hang on to it. Or have it uit copied, and let historians get access to it. PRICELESS!

Rick always make awful offers wtf. its like "I have the original Michael Jackson body" - Rick: "I dont know if I can't sell it, bodys are hard to sell, I give you 10 bucks for that"
Feel free to start your own pawnshop and make better offers.
It’s his job, why would he overpay
Best I can do is 10 bucks and a nickel.. now I’ll have you know I’m taking ALL the risk here

You can contact the guy and offer him more than $2,000 if you want though.
“Soo the government tried to cover stuff up HAHAHA” *adorbs*
I think after he lowballed him so hard it was difficult to swallow his pride and meet him at a realistic offer. If he let the seller say 10k first then they'd probably have met at something like 7k.
That librarian was fire!!!
The original and only rifle found on the 6yh floor of the Texas book depository was not an Italian 6.5 rifle, it was a German 7.65 mouser. When the warren commission discovered that Oswald never owned a mouser but owned an Italian, they changed they're report that the rifle found as a 6,5 Italian manlicker to pin Oswald as the owner of the rifle. Interestingly but not surprising, was the fact that near the 7,65 mouser found were three empty cartridges that did match Oswald's 6.5 manlicker Italian. All three cartridges were about one inch apart from each other and pointed in the same direction. No palm or finger prints belonging to Oswald we're found.

Rick just doesn’t buy kool things, he buys items he’s used to selling. He’s a businessman. He has a good idea of what sells and what doesn’t, being in the business. Every great opportunity to buy isn’t guaranteed to sell quickly or even at all.
We all know he was shot by at least 2 different people from 2 different positions.
Investigative Reports indicates four people, three bullets hit, one missed.

It woud be her dream to.. Beverly Oliver is her name..
you should read a Mortal Error it may offer you the most insight as to what happened
It's not really a "master negative." It's a master. A negative gets the name if it is actually a negative image. Meaning white letters on a black background. In this case, the ink appears black and the paper on which the ink is printed is white. This is a positive master copy, not a "master negative."
Good for you. For not selling it for 2K. The microfilm would sell at an auction for a lot more money
