I always wanted to play GTA , Spider-Man and Genshin Impact all at once... This looks amazing, probably team based 3-4 combos, I always trust that motion capture in a anime game is top notch, and here it looks pretty cool and smooth. I dont know why other game developers adapt this style with faces at least, characters in anime games look way more alive then realistic graphics like Black Desert, where most character are just pokerface all the time...
If the open world side missions are made unique and different from each other, if the mechanics are consistent and the scenario is interesting, it will be good enough to be included in the best game lists, but the most important thing is the optimization that we suffered a lot this year. I am very hopeful for this game and I hope what I say can be done and we can play a really nice city open world. It's easy to see the places they're inspired by, and it'd be interesting to see a combination of things we love so much in a game.
All of really aesthetically pleasing games seem to be coming out all at once. Excited to see people play this game since i doubt I have the space for it lmao

Holy shit. Usually when i think of NetEase gamesi think of janky rip off games like rules of survival, but this one looks genuinely amazing, cant wait for it to release and give pressure and competition to genshin and see both games grow
I played a lot of their janky rip off games from Identity V to ROS they even have a Fortnite copy if I remember correctly. This might be genuinely a good game but I will be keeping my hype low just in case they failed to deliver on their promises.

I'm a bit disappointed with Zenless Zone Zero due to lack of exploration. This is what I imagined when ZZZ was anounced! The traversal looks really cool
The art direction looks 90% like that of Mihoyo's games (despite being a different dev/studio), and for this game it looks that pretty much combined the game concept of Genhin, Honkai and ZZZ plus Spiderman/Prototype thrown together into one game (which is amazing!). I can see many existing Mihoyo fans would probably more than willing to dip their toes into this as well! But let's hope the monetisation of the global version won't screw over the western audiences (there are gacha games which the greedy western publisher increase the prices of everything comparing to the Asian countries)

This is probably one of the coolest games I’ve ever seen. I’m so down. Character design looks INCREDIBLE, story looks pretty good, the relationships between our main characters really show in this, the fighting style looks amazing and incredibly unique to every character, and the atmosphere is INCREDIBLY immersive. Not to mention the graphics look absolutely beautiful.
Back in my day, Mugen was a 2D fighting game where people could code in their own characters, so EVERYONE was present. 50 versions of Goku, 100 versions of Pikachu, 1000 versions of Peter Griffin, and you could fight with ALL of them.
The only thing i'm afraid those kind of game only : •Too many servers like ToF •Pay to Win like other games from NetEase 💀 But i believe Naked Rain didn't put any stupid things for this game, and can be a good rival for Genshin Impact in future.

And Im looking forward to it
nice, so there are two upcoming games which are looking very promissing. This one, where we can be Spiderman...just with anime grafic XD and the other one is NTE (Neverness to Everness), the new GTA with Assasine's Creed vibes. I love my life and I'm happy to be able to wittness such games, truly a good feeling!
I think this Urban setting will set it apart from most Open World Anime Games rn. I know for the West cuz of GTA, we're used to this, but a lot of Anime games are just Fantasy, castles, and magic. I want some CARSSSSSSSSSS AND SKYSCRAPERSSSS. Persona and Scarlet Nexus have an urban setting, but something about an Anime GTA just seems funnier. I want to actually drive the vehicles too! Not just have them as a backdrop!
If this coming on all platform like genshin did, it will no doubt will be an absolute treath for genshin impact as long it deliver everything they promised and a good optimalisation.

From this trailer alone I am already interested more than I ever been for Genshin or its clones. All they need to do is not be too greedy with the gacha, and actually add lots of stuff to do in the open world to make exploring fun.
Just don't put Gacha in it. Charge money once to play the game & maybe later for substantial DLC. There's no such thing as not being too greedy with gacha. They inherently go together.
I'm sold on this. The characters, the premise and story, and the potential support for RTX which I want to see so badly in an anime game. (seriously, anime games need more RTX). I also was curious about the developers, it looks like the China-based NetEase is developing this. Take what you can from this

That is very true. Anime faces are very expressive, thanks to the eyes. Trying to go for realistic faces sometimes gives us that uncanny valley vibe.

nice, so there are two upcoming games which are looking very promissing. This one, where we can be Spiderman...just with anime grafic XD and the other one is NTE (Neverness to Everness), the new GTA with Assasine's Creed vibes.

I think this Urban setting will set it apart from most Open World Anime Games rn. I know for the West cuz of GTA, we're used to this, but a lot of Anime games are just Fantasy, castles, and magic. I want some CARSSSSSSSSSS AND SKYSCRAPERSSSS. Persona and Scarlet Nexus have an urban setting, but something about an Anime GTA just seems funnier. I want to actually drive the vehicles too! Not just have them as a backdrop!

If this coming on all platform like genshin did, it will no doubt will be an absolute treath for genshin impact as long it deliver everything they promised and a good optimalisation.
Genshin didn't deliver and it's still going strong. Functioning human brains is what's a threat to this gacha plague.
Plus, with stolen animations, I'm pretty certain there's gonna be some mega legal issues.

The Zenless Zone Zero Competitor. Also not gonna lie the MC looks like Adam from APHO and Yuito Sumeragi From Scarlet Nexus. This Game Is Amazing! I'm gonna buy it along with Zenless Zone Zero.
This game looks open world, so I don’t think it will be a ZZZ competitor. Come to think of it, I don’t know what this game competes with. There’s no anime game with similar gameplay so far

From this trailer alone I am already interested more than I ever been for Genshin or its clones. All they need to do is not be too greedy with the gacha, and actually add lots of stuff to do in the open world to make exploring fun.
Just don't put Gacha in it. Charge money once to play the game & maybe later for substantial DLC. There's no such thing as not being too greedy with gacha. They inherently go together.
