How Dawood and Sanjay Dutt evaded Sedition charges in Mumbai serial attacks of 1993 ? EP 29

In this video noted journalist Baljeet Parmar narrates the account of how his one article on the insistence of security agencies helped judiciary wake up from a deep slumber that jeopardised the administration of justice in the infamous Mumbai bomb blasts case of 1993. Baljit Parmar vividly recalls from his memory how he was approached by security agencies and sought a favour from in terms of writing about the slowness of trial in Mumbai Bomb blasts case.
Baljeet Parmar who had been very closely following the proceedings of the Mumbai Bomb Blasts case was approached by agencies after many reputed newspapers turned down the requests for such a piece. Baljeet Parmar, however, took it upon as a challenge and risked Contempt of court proceedings and wrote an open Letter editorial to the Judge concerned leading to expediting of the trial in a dramatic turn of events.

Parmar Saab, having a 27 years long experience of working as a Public Prosecutor, i have faced so many difficult situations, working in the Special Designated Court conducting trials of Hard Core Militants...i fully endorse your views. Sometimes despite wanting to Dispose Off the Case, our Judicial System is of the Nature that the Court becomes Helpless bcuz the Defence Councils put so many hurdles and obstructions in deciding the matter that several Judges are transferred and the trial is delayed for indefinite period. The basic law is that JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED. Sir you have a vast knowledge of the Judicial System of India. Sir Mr Baljeet Parmar I am very much impressed by your knowledge of the Law of the Land & your personal influence with some of the Top government officials & also lower rank police official..looks like Sir you are well versed & your narrative is simple to understand thou I am a Christian but I could understand your every word you spoke..looks like thou your profession is journalism & editor of a News paper I am amazed by your knowledge regarding the Law..no malice meant to others writers of Crime..I have with me most Non-Fiction books written by Mr Hussein S Zaidi..I came across his first book (Dongri to Dubai) at a raddi Shop..I saw the cover & I picked it up..the man quoted 200/Rs..I didn't even check the price but paid without even bargaining..from then on I have Mr H,S Zaidi all his Books..also the one which a Mr Vora a Top police officer whose wrote a crime book which Mr Zaidi had a foreword..but I sincerely feel that Sir Baljeet you should pen a book as your knowledge is very accurate..I have become a huge fan of yours already..the Mumbai blast Case was ultimately taken over by the esteemed Judge Mr Pramod Kode..he I feel did justice..but regarding Mr Memon who was sentenced to hang who arrived from Pakistan to Nepal by flight to surrender to the authorities carrying all evidence as who we're responsible for the Mumbai blast especially his Brother Mr Tiger Memon who was responsible for this the Judge did a error by sentencing a person who should have been given a lighter sentence & not hanged.I felt very sad by this one incident..My Best wishes to your fourth coming book but Pls write it in a English language..
