No perks used, of course. Not a single death,
This is officially the most overpowered build in Fallout history, since I single-handedly killed both bosses in 3 shots within an hour of leaving the vault while still at level 6 or so. This was my first attempt with the more efficient E10/A6 tradeoff and it worked marvelously. Of course, I also got some extremely good RNG along the way, though it honestly probably wouldn't have mattered since you can buff your HP high enough to where you can tank any damage for long fights provided you have enough stimpaks.
Difficulty was set to normal. Maybe I'll do a run in the future on hard mode, but in my experience there's not much difference in the settings aside from maybe some RNG bias. - Ігри

Low strenght, 1 int, 6 Agility.
This man is absolutely insane.
@@streptococo4735 that's actually optimal way to play. and tbf F1 is really short so you will not get many perks anyways, a complete playthrough with doing all quest without grinding or farming will end around lvl13-15, so building around perks in F1 is not optimal.
@@Zeon081 is the optimal build not just the speedrun build if ur only goal is to avoid the entire fucking game and skip right to thend
@@Zeon081 You can only level up to 30 anyways
@@Zeon081 im late as fuck but doing a low int low strenght first playthrought would be HELL for anyone.
especially low agility, having only 8 action points is truly nightmarish in a new game.
and low int will basically net you no exp, no dialogue or clues of how to play the game or where to go, so it is obviously the worst thing for a new player.
also low strenght, having no carry weight as well.
i know if you are extremelly experienced you can just blitz thru the game by hoping for the Alien Blaster, running to the Master hideout and try to end the game.

the crappy mic adds an extra layer of immersion. sick build/playthrough for sure

The death animations in this game and Fallout 2 are amazing. lol
The first time I used the burst fire with the SMG in Fallout 1 I definitely wasn't expecting the super mutant I shot to have his entire torso and head shredded into hamburger meat 😅
A higher outdoors man leads to less 'random' encounters, the check for 'special' encounters only triggers on a random encounter, so outdoors man actually lowers your chance for those specials.
Hmm so that explains why I was actually getting more special encounters with lower intelligence and no outdoorsman skill, interesting
@@TactaGhoul Hey, thanks for responding.
Outdoors man helps a lot in that it allows you to scout (know what your encounter will be) and allows you to Survive for longer without water in the dessert.
The first thing I'm gonna do when I find $10,000 and an alien blaster is buy a bunch of drugs. That's in real life mind you.
Hell yeah.

thanks for the upload!
LOL that ending. sweet sweet justice. nice work!
42:25 You really are a true Fallout fan! lol.
Sorry to ask but Who's he talking about ?
@son_60han Todd Howard is the game director for Bethesda and he is who oversaw fallout 3 and 4, maybe you have heard the whole, it just works meme, that is Todd Howard. He is a hack and couldn't make a good video game If it was dropped into his lap by Jesus.
That's the moment when I liked the video and subscribed.
Guess thats where all the 64 dislikes came from
@@yes3293Never imagined Todd would have 64 people supporting him
The Red Ryder LE BB Gun is actually kind of broken with the right build.
It is, gauranteed 25 damage with 32 range is extremely good. It's better than the sniper rifle in some situations.
@@TactaGhoul Plus the low AP cost making you able to use it so many times a round
you can kill Deathclaws with an unarmed build as early as level 2. just punch them in the eyes and they go blind and can't hit you
@@ProbablyDrunk666 That’s of course possible, but highly unlikely to go well without savescumming. My LE BB gun can get their eyes a few times from 20 spaces away and hit crits basically 25 percent of the time. I can beat any game on level one, but that’s not really the point is it
@@gh05tnoh24 I've ran it a couple times and never had to save scum. You crit pretty regularly with the right build.

Awesome content and I love the sound quality remindes me of play this game about 30 years ago
Your pre-war mic fits the game damn well! Perfect for this. Easy listening.
I watched your video to see your build/playstyle till the deathclaws part. I then proceeded on my playthough by myself. Had a great time, tough I blew the cathedral without ever seen the Master. I than returned to your video to see it.
i love videos like this. thank you
I love the ending. It gave me a good laugh. The playthrough was awsome great build.
Hello to the algorithm, Dope gameplay. Glad i found your channel :D
This is the greatest Fallout vid I've seen. Your bad mic is perfect
Awesome run! I never cracked the mechanics of this game quite like you have. I found the UFO alright, but I never knew about the bonanza of bottle caps. It's really cool what you can do with character builds/strategy in this, yet another reason why OG Fallout is classic. Also, I too blasted the Overseer in the ending, way too satisfying. eta: I remember using a heavy weapon that blew a hole in him, and he tries to crawl back in before dying, lol. But it takes some nerve to be like "thanks for saving the world, now fuck off" so it's justified.

Very fun and quick run!
Well done, thank-you for the guide! just getting going in Fallout 1, 100%'d 3 & 4
wandering around in the desert for 3 months looking for 'aliens'. yep, a 1 int char indeed
I have finished Fallout about 10-15 times, I encountered Allien Blaster just once and that was on my second gameplay, i just changed my build to energy weapons and easily stomp all the game. Absurd weapon, nice gameplay see you soon.
I had blaster about everytime. Don't know how many times. Many years passed away.
You can only get "special encounters" on certain squares: you need to be 5 squares away from the Vats, 4 squares away from the Brotherhood, 3 from Necropolis, 2 from most other settlements and it needs be a Desert tile.
The best chance in a "normal playthrough" is on the walk back from Necropolis to Vault 13; when you traverse 4 desert squares where you can get such an encounter; then it's still only 1/6 chance to get the alien blaster right away. It's hard to get by accident, but it's very easy to "force" these encounters simply by walking around aimlessly near the edge of the map with Luck maxed out.
I rarely even use the damn thing. I tend to go small guns early, opting for the blade runner gun if i can't get the red ryder. Then switch to turbo plasma later. I think unarmed is amazing in this game too.
Game recognize game... can confirm from a mile away; this guy is a FO-OG.
that's a pretty cool build
I used to know everything about fo1 and 2 back in the day. I started playing again for the nostalgia with a small roleplaying twist on my character, still fun to play.
Oh I just see this holy it amazing
And I'm out there like a chump still lookin' for that damn water chip.
awesome just started playin today i used this build amigo
Вначале я был настроен скептически, но после демонстрации билда признаю, это было гениально!
It's funny that you say to avoid the southwest area to get the alien blaster, I've always found in my playthroughs that that's the most common area to find it.
Man my guy your save files and mine the way we name them. It is like we are mind linked.
Are you recording on-board of the vertibird?
The immersion with INT:1 character is great. Ripley didn't take powerfist or ripper from gun runners and ended up having to sell all the cells for drugs.
Also saving each time under the same save slot is riding on the razor edge - I always use two save slots for each play.
Dude, i must say - you're my hero! That build rules!
Sneak does not affect steal formula from what I've read. Only standing behind target and stel check if the target steal skill is higher than 30, otherwise it will use perception.
"The Master was right." oh shit...
Thanks for speaking into two flaps of arrsee checks.
1IN, 1:05 "Who needs perks?"
The West has fallen
This feels like a time capsule
This is the most cracked build I've ever seen. Based as FUCK
I remember doing a luck build and farming deathclaws when this game came out. Didn't do quite like this. I did gambling builds and wanted to max out my levels, bought all the books too. I remember having to wait for longer than 1 hour for deathclaw respawn.
42:25 You got that right brother
How do you gamble with 1 int? no gamblers will talk to me
Given that the eyebot attacked the master after he killed the other one, they were independent. So master just "convinced" them to join him.
Fun video!
He has met them all, he's speaking from experience
That ending lmaoooo
for me, the post overpowered build is putting all your points in strength, agility, and endurance and doing unarmed/melee
That's especially effective in this game with fast shot since it applies to melee weapons unlike later games, with all of the perks you only need 1ap per attack and can hit someone 12 times in a single turn
@@TactaGhoul is aimed shot, or fast shot better for melee/unarmed?
How is your game going so fast? I just recently started playing the first game, and the enemies move so slow and the attacking is so much slower. Is there something I have to do in a menu to make the game move faster?
In the settings set the combat speed to fast
@@sauerkraut7457 thanks Chief!
There is a town vender you can steal from that auto reloads his entire inventory. You can max out your levels using steal on him and save scumming.
Intelligence is important for skill points per level. Agility is too low while perception is too high. You can offset perception just by improving skills in the relevant weapon skill. Fast shot is vital for keeping AP low as possible, targeted shots are mostly useless, especially if you get the Sniper perk. The Sniper perk is also essential, with a luck of 10, you have a 100% chance of always dealing critical damage.
Generally I avoid maxing out stats to 10 because a lot of stats can be permanently improved later anyway.
This particular build is based on chems. I get what you're saying, but this is a cheese build.
@@yamchadragonball6983 You can always use chems no matter your build, but this "cheese build" ain't as cheesy as it can be.
Fast shot is useless because there is no need to grind deathclaws to lvl 18 even when playing normally, while aiming eyes is like 70% crit chance, that's why alien blaster works so well. Don't need agi 10 because he uses psycho to bump it to 10, 10 end to make it more reliable, 10 pe I guess to shoot better since he doesn't need any other stats, and if he's constantly high on psycho his int is going to be low anyway, for a quick run like that it's pretty much perfect.
What a Great Game! Played only 2. Maybe I should go for 1!
Made me feel like i watch youtube from 15 years ago XD
This video is both instructional and art.
lovely!
If you buff your intelligence before level up with drugs do you get more hp and skill stats?
Unfortunately not. You don't get HP from intelligence, but strength and endurance which do affect it are also not affected by chems. Intelligence is very powerful for developing your skills early, it's a great synergy with the skilled trait if you want to get good at many things fast, if you're not making a minmax build I'd say it's easily the most important special stat.
@@TactaGhoul Sorry i meant to say str-int. I played the game when it came out and played many time since then. Especially fallout 2 but i always learn something new :D
The only Fallout game I played was this one but I was like 10 and it was in english so I went back to warcraft 2 but the game always picked my interest, it looks gorgeous it sounds misty I love it.
Its fun to use alien blaster with perks as well. If you have sniper (100% crit chance with 10 perception), fast shot, and bonus rate of fire, you can fire 5 shots with guaranteed crits a turn. I never played with drugs but with jet in fallout 2 you can boost that to 7 guaranteed crits in one turn; then with the cookies in the game from Modoc you can get 8 :P. That in theory should be sufficient to kill Frank Horrigan in a single turn. Still, you might die to those dang turrets!
But anyway that's not as fun as just playing the game with all the cool weapons. I love that they made hand to hand so devastating as well. Everything in F1 & 2 was awesome
not sure if it was mentioned, but why dont you choose any perks as your leveling up? I know the build doesnt need it but would it have a negative effect if you picked perks? *Currently following this guide*
One of the numerous odd quirk's of this dude's choices and opinions include the philosophy that perks are for suckers or something to that effect. He muttered it several times how they're unnecessary or pointless or a scam or something.
No reason. He picked skilled which means you get less perks. But he just didnt take any
