and am very happy with them.

Nice review. I'm looking for this monitor, but i'm afraid about the size of the items on screen. Are you using display scaling in 100%? Because the icon size looks fine to me.

Does it have the same resolution as your Mac? And does the USB-C or HDML connection wire get hot?
This should be great for my Ps4 pro and PS5 when it comes out. Since the console will make 60hz and PS5 probably more but it should still be good.

@@moloinc3495 the 850 version is adjustable in height these ones are not and the 850 has more ports like a usb c port

@@michaelajayi1587 There are many 4k 144 hz monitors, but they are usually very expensive, I meant to get a 2k or 1080 144hz monitor, becasue the playsation is meant for gaming, if you use it to watch movies or videos in general just get the one in the vid, its great.
Not good for gaming my ass. As long as you've never spoiled your eyes with high framerates you can play video games on 60hz monitors for the rest of your life.

Hey. So you would need either an hdmi cable or a display cable either one should do just make sure your video card has one or the other port
I just bought the 32ul500-w with the VA panel but it was pretty lousy with dirty screen effect. How is your panel's uniformity?
27ul500 has a very good uniformity. No dirty screen effect.
Hmm, I was thinking if getting the 32ul but might stick with the 27 since it has an ips screen.

All the people asking if it works well on the PS5, it does, I got this the other day 28th nov 2020, it is my first 4k hdr monitor (£209 from currys) as I have been using a benq 1080 60hz none hdr for the past 7 years, it runs smoothly and I can see the big difference while on my PS5 now, yes it can only go up to 4k 60fps, but I dont care about 4k 120fps you arnt going to see the big hit games doing 4k 120fps anyway, I am happy playing in 4k 60fps, but for the price and what I want it to do I can't fault it,

is there like a 28 or 29 inch version? I already have a 27 inch 1080 pc asus monitor so I thought i wanted a big of a size upgrade on top of the Resolution and HDR upgrade that will be getting with this. I will mainly use it for my pc and ps4 Pro now and/PS5 in the future. Does it also come with an HDMI that is fast enough for hdr and 4k? And if not then what do you recommend for a good HDMI that is not too expensive? like 19 to 25 dollar range

Nice review. I have the same monitor. One trouble for me is I can't get it run 4k@60hz. Can you check your on screen settings >general>Information what the resolution mentioned ? For me it's always 3840 x2160 / 30hz
Check settings, check hdmi cord make sure it's 2.0 at least, check output port to make sure it's hdmi 2.0
Frequency is measured in Hertz written as Hz not hz.
Learn to pay attention to detail.
It is not difficult to get things correct. when you don't have a lazy mind.
Read more BOOKS to educate yourself.

This is a fantastic monitor for productivity and minor gaming just remember that you’ll be limited to 60hz refresh rate
But this is by all means a beautiful panel

How to connect headphones with mocrophone
There’s no monitors that support 120hz. No monitors have hdmi 2.1 which is needed to run high refresh rate. New consoles only come with hdmi and no DisplayPort
You can get 120hz but only on the display port on other monitors.
there are no monitors but only one,the asus one and it's 43 inch(exaggeratedly big for a monitor,4k 144hz and it costs around 1400$

@@aliengirl4427 No problem! Absolutely. I can speak for myself here. I own 2 of these monitors and I use them for work as I need lots of tabs open up as well as some minor video editing and designs. I can highly recommend it.

It’s one of the many dynamic wallpapers available in steam “wallpaper engine” you can find it in steam i believe it costs around 3-4 bucks

@@TechManZ i got an issue with tones when gaming on my series X, the tones aren't degrading well especially in ceilings, but when i change the freesync options to whatever option (from off to on or to different modes of it) it displays the tones well... i don't know how to fix that or if i have to return it for guaranty

Yes its really good but the HDR is a bit sketchy but the quality is great.
Just got one the other day £209 from curry's, its my first ever 4k hdr monitor, the last monitor I had wasn't even hdr, was just 1080 60hz, I can see with this new LG 4k the massive difference, I got it for my PS5 as i am not bothered that it can only just do 4k 60fps, its not like you are going to see big games run at native 4k 120 anyway on a console, now I am thinking of buying a 2nd with a monitor arm to attach them both together

i own the 32" one. there isn't, but you can use a software to do it instead. i tought there was one, but there is only a flicker free option :(.

Please do yourself a favor and don’t buy the the Dell I recently bought the u2520d and it has terrible build quality, the bottom bezel is peeling off, less than 2 days of use, the dell quality is going downfall, I’m going to try replacing it with this lg.

I must honestly say, one of the worst reviews I have ever seen. I am amazed that people praised you. I don't expect Jayz2Cents quality but some level would be desirable. Ill prepared, no plan whatsoever, constantly looking for words, shaky camera. And what's with the Apple stickers? If you don't have money to pay for the Apple premium, learn to live with it. Would you put a Mercedes star on a VW Beetle? Prepare a script, so you can deliver a coherent review and film some highlights and cut them in the video. Watch some pros and try to learn. This is a constructive criticism.
It's a good monitor for the price. It has an IPS panel, an important fact you omitted, 4K resolution and decent backlight and contrast. It's 60 Hz, so not for "gamers" who play with 240fps, but if you are not a professional in Fortnite, you will never notice the difference. I have it and I game on it and do office work. Overall 4,5/5
