Yea 4 gen 2 is quite powerful chip even Naruto Shippuden ultimate ninja storm 4 or Naruto X Boruto connection can run this you just need to pick a perfect graphics driver for that.
No Emulator will work on the MALI GPU, it is made with closed code and unfortunately there will never be an Emulator that works, the ones that exist are fake or do not work.
