I can't believe a company would order a truck with out a refrigerator with how high living cost has gotten on the road
I do not known why anyone would buy a Pacar engine. I drove for 50 years the last 46 for the same company in 2015 they got me a new 680 with the Pacar engine I drove it for 3 years. It spent more time back at Kenworth than any of the other new trucks combined that I had over the years
Yeah they are garbage and gutless I laugh when I see sticker on trucks with paccar motor
Our outfit was going with paccars but then bought two Pete’s with x15s & 13s. The person in the office is now stuck with the pacs as spares 😂 2 other of the x15s are well over 900k miles
I driven a 2020 579 and a 2024 t680 both had paccar motors teaming with my wife no issues with either motor
Ganz Europa fährt Paccar im DAF und mit mehr tonnage als in den USA. 40 Tonnen sind Standard in Europa. Die Motoren sind sehr zuverlässig außer zur Zeit gibt es injektoren Probleme bei einer Serie .1 Mio km sind auch zu schaffen. Nur man hat die Paccar Motoren extrem kastriert Zweck verbrauchsreduzierung

Hello Andy. Have you seen the new replacement T880 mirrors? My truck is scheduled to be built next week and I just found out about the mirror plant fire. I’m disappointed about the single arm replacements that apparently Kenworth will be using for a while if not forever per my salesman. Any videos and information would be much appreciated. Thanks

Let us know what you think about them and what you’re hearing from Kenworth on how long or if the standard ones will come back. My truck is drop shipping to my upfitter till August so I won’t see them till then.
