i hope you have so much funn💗 i started high school thursday, the first day didn’t go well but the second day of school was much much better. i was stressed and upset in the moment of finishing school but looking back the next day i was grateful that the day had gone bad. i spent so much of my summer worrying about and planning my first day of school and it not going well when it came around was a reminder for me 🫶🏻 i’m excited to start a new week! i think it made me realize again how i wanted and needed my mindset to be for this year to be the best!

Additional advice on sleeping: you don’t have to have a formal diagnosis to benefit from psychological interventions if you experience at least *some* of the same symptoms just at a lower severity (to an extent). If you tend to struggle with sleep, want to get back on track, or even just have a couple nights of restless sleep, look into evidence based interventions that are *usually* used for sleep disorders. CBT-I (cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia) includes many beneficial tactics to help increase sleep satisfaction! Also remember, it is usually much easier to “force” ourselves to wake up around the same time every day, than it is to “force“ ourselves, to fall asleep at the same time when we are not tired. I usually listen from Apple Podcasts but came over to make this comment😅 Love the pod, keep it up🤍

Water: Drinking water makes me feel so heavy an sick, so I started putting protein powder in my first water an makes me feel so light an have so much energy Walking: I live in the middle of no where I like walking but it’s so eh like it’s jus bunch of trees an kinda scary I like to collect bugs an rocks when I go walking it makes me walk way more (I jus have weird interest) Eating: Eat 3 meals a day like it makes my day so much better even though I don’t do anything ever because I have no car nor friends to hangout with an my mom says no because baby sitting
