Oh man I really want one of these. I have a crazy oily face and I'm always pushing sebum out of my pores using the edge of my nail (probably not the safest solution). So a tool like that would help a TON and oh man it's satisfying

Johanna Bascom never use your nails to do it, the most your fingers and that's provided after you shower. What I normally do is I'll take a warm shower clean your face during your shower with foam as per normal once I'm out I'll take a small cup of mid hot water and put it around my nose to open the pores up and use a clean towel to squeeze it as hard as I can to get the stubborns one out after that I wash my face again with foam then I'll use a skin toner on my nose. used to be Super rough due to whiteheads being stuck inside but I make the habit to clean it 2 times a week it's better I must say

Haha right? You'd be amazed by the extractions they show here on UA-cam. They look gross at first, but just suck u in! Its like hypnotizing. I even have a bit of tripohobia. Don't really like pics of extractions, but the videos.. I could watch all day!
Your pores actually don't expand or retract on their own. Your pores are a set size and if sebum/dirt/makeup/etc... gets into them, it makes them expand until that pressure is released. People say that your pores "open-up" with hot water and contract with cold water because that's your skin's natural reaction to temperature change (it's not your pores that are doing anything).

Actually they do, and it's about those tiny muscles that also cause goosebumps . They are basically around the base of each hair follicle, hence the name of pilomotor muscles.

Sorry to burst your bubble on this serum, but the fourth ingredient is rubbing alcohol. This temporarily makes your pores appear smaller. Long term it increases oil production, thus increasing pore size.

My Beauty Organizer its alcohol, not rubbing alcohol. Alcohol can be found in most toners and pore tightening care products :) Sooooo, it's totally NOT rubbing alcohol
It still is kinda true what she says... Yes, alcohol makes your pores appear smaller for some time but it does irritate your skin so I wouldn't use it longterm.

I always saw your nose pore strip videos and hoped you only did them once every two weeks or even less. I'm so glad you know that the "black heads" on your nose aren't actually blackheads! ^^ Just oil, dust and dead skin. Generally the more you try to rip it out the more your body produces oil to compensate. Keep your nose hydrated and let it do its jobs. But of course, feel free to do a deep cleanse once in a while~~~

I have (had) large pores around and on my nose. I found what works for me is a tea tree foam cleanser mixed with bicarbonate of soda (baking soda). I use it every morning and it keeps the oil at bay and makes my pores appear smaller. try it once and see how it works. I did trial and error to find out I needed it everyday. I then use a light tea tree moisturiser to keep smooth and fight acne and break outs ☺
I've had one of these for years! It worked well for a while and then it suddenly stopped. Clearly it's me and not the tool. Trying these tips today, thank you Fei!

They have nose packs. Using the comedo removed can really hurt so I recommend getting the pack.
Jungkook's Nostrils, I feel your pain. I used it immediately after a (ground) oatmeal and milk diy mask though AND SO MUCH CAME OUT! I didn't have to press nearly as hard and even got spots that never give. After about 20min though, my skin started going back to normal and the last area was harder to extract. Gotta work faster. Omg though, I think I tapped into oil and dirt that's been living there since the 9th grade.

You should always steam your face before using a tool like this. It not only opens up your pores but softens the sebum and 'lifts it up to the pore's opening' or it at least appears to.
You could also try pincing your nose in a way where the tissue that you press the tool against to is harder.
Using a tool like this one on an area that isn't inflamed shouldn't hurt at all.
And when u finally after pressing that harsh pressure on skin and make it out and the next day ta daa...New gift there... u would probably know what I'm relating to😳😞

I used to have this tool, i got it from the body shop. You should first open your pores by using steam for approx 20 minutes then use this tool on your nose in an upward motion and all the black heads and sebum will come out way faster

I have one of these and I won't use it because it does hurt me when I use it. It does work but I must have sensitive skin or something.
it depends. if you had a long, hot, steaming shower the whole gunk slides out of your pores like magic. that way you have to use the slightest pressure to get it out (honestly you can even scratch it out with your fingernails but that's too unhygienic lol)
you can also use non toxic glue and let it dry on your nose then peel it off
I have an odd solution for the little tiny hairs on the nose... nair hair removal cream. I leave it on for maybe a minute or two and not only are the little hairs gone but it helps clean the pores as well. not my go-to pore cleaner but hey, if it works...

I use a real gold ring which is just s band, but it has to have somewhat of a thin/sharp edge around. Nothing takes black heads out better than that.

yo I had one of these and one day the loop piece snapped off and it scraped open my skin. I bled for a while and had a nasty scar for a couple weeks so just be careful. I have one now from revlon that's all one piece and it feels a lot safer and works just as good

Hi Fei!! I have one question about the serum, does it have any fragrance to it? if so, how would you describe the smell and how strong is it? I can get terrible headaches from strongly fragranced products, which happened to me when I got the it's skin po effector (to shrink my pores)....so I'd like to know if this has any at all so that hopefully I can use it^^ Thanks for all your awesome videos! omg I tried this but I didn't have the serum or the tool so I used a bobbypin, like the end? (it looks like a raindrop) and I just opened my pores using some hot water and I used it to steam my face, so after that I just did what fei did, and the gunk came out! it was sooooo gross, totally recommend!

Melody Park The serum is amazing for my skin imo. It works great and I can tell a difference in the size of my pores. It isn't as irritating as I thought it would have been and it absorbs well on the skin. :) I love the serum and I use it everyday now. I will definitely repurchase it in the future.
