Yeah I’ve accepted that wetline ain’t for me. It’s really inconsistent, makes my hair dull by day 2, and makes my scalp itch. Personally Eco is just far better for me lol. But we all have our preferences!
Agreed. People swear Wetline never flakes and it flakes all the time. I have did the mix test and everything prior to applying. The crazy thing is I went through two jars before realizing it wasn't for me. I did my man hair in twists and his twists were flaky and his twist out was just as bad.

I love how your hair looks with the eco. Because people get so crazy for definition but I think your hair looks beautiful with a mix of frizz.
I think you should redo the video without the leavin and see if you still feel the same about eco🤷🏾♀️ (just my opinion, you don’t have to listen to it) however wet line do look better in your hair though. Me personally I can’t get jiggy with wetline because it irritates my scalp so for those who use it yall are bomb! 💕💕💕💕💕💕

Have you ever tried the pink eco boo? I tried that two weeks ago and i was like....why haven’t i tried this?! 😩 it works soooo well! And it says 8 hold but no ma’am, that hold is just like a 10. And it feels moisturizing.

Perfect timing! I revisited Eco last night and had similar results. I used Miss Jessie’s Leave In Condish under the castor & flaxseed oil eco styler and my hair was so soft! Barely any hold which is super disappointing considering eco used to be that girl to really give you good hold

I used the eco olive oil by itself without shingling and it was nice. I don’t have a problem smoothing out the gel cast once it’s all the way dry

I use the Krystal for my puffs and slick buns. Dassit! I never tried Wetline yet. I knew you’d still like Eco.
I did half and half with both gels down the middle of my head and then made up my mind. You really have to compare both at the same time through out the week. I revisited Eco too after 5 months and I still stuck with Wetline.
When you separate them I couldn’t remember what did what from to one week to the next.
I went to EVERY store looking for the wetline, I just found it yesterday and I'm going to give it a try today. I have been going steady with the green Eco ever since I divorced the creamy crack. So we shall see how wetline treats me lol

i love wetline gel too but i have to say the eco cannibis gel beat wetline to me. i just tried that eco yesterday and i was shook, it had my curls more defined then the wetline gel. thats my new fav eco gel now

Tried Wet Line bc of your raves about it..... but it just don’t do it for me like Eco!!! My first day hair was sticky but I will admit that as the days went on Wet Line did come through BUT not like my Eco lol but your hair always looks amazing girl! I live for your videos!

I honestly use both. I have a tapered cut, and the Eco protein gel seems to work best on the sides and back. Wetline works best on the top/front. 🤷🏾♀️ Maybe it's just in my mind because of the bond I have with Eco.🤷🏾♀️

@happycurlhappygirl I tried the wetline extreme that I went everywhere to find and I have to say it is NOT my new bae.. it can be a side Bae, but it cannot be my main boo. I felt like it went on really well, but I could tell instantly that my curls were not as slick as they are with my eco, and it had way too much volume for it to be during application, so I feel like after its dry I wont have the clumped curls like I like. But I'll know more after it dries. I think your hair is beautiful and always looks good, I did a big chop 2 years ago so I'm just waiting for the day that it is as long and flowy as yours.
My hair never like eco. It felt like I was putting I don’t even know how to describe what it felt like 🤔 like watered down lotion! But wetline TUH mrs. wetline felt like I was adding a bomb leave in on top of a leave in. Magical.

I almost gave up on nem. The clear Eco Styler gel was finally the one for me out of the whole line. It has the best hold and stays for days. I'm gonna try it today with Aunt Jackies Curl Defining Cream. Wet Line is a no fa me dawg.

I still like the thickness of Eco better. It tames my flayaways better than wetline. The wetline xtreme looks amazing at first, but it just doesn't seem to dry the way I like it to. It could be the leave in or cream combo as well. Idk...🤷♀️

I’m done with eco 🙅🏾♀️❌, it keeps flaking in my hair regardless of what I do, what products I use. I gave it one last chance by purchasing the gold product and hoping that one would be different, and it still flaked💆🏾♀️
Eco gel really does nuffin special for me BUT I’ve learned each Eco is really different. The ONLY one that works is the Eco Flax seed & Black castor oil gel bc it’s heavy. 👍🏾

Wetline actually gave me an allergic reaction (dry eyes, rash on my face, a headache) so I’m sticking with Eco!!! I’m so salty though because Wetline gave me the BEST results for a wash and go I’ve ever seen (definition, SLIP, weighed down my curls which I like). I love Eco and have been using it for a while; my go to is the Gold one but I feel like my definition doesn’t last as long. I need something with MAX hold and I honestly don’t mind a little bit of crunch....what do y’all recommend? I have low porosity, high density, protein sensitive hair (type 3b/3c/4a)
Damn dats me all da way wit da hair type. I haven't used gel in my hair at all for wash n go, just softee coconut oil hair & scalp conditioner to lock moisture & Cantu shea butter moisturizing curl activator cream. Gives da curl definition shine & crunch after dat let it get almost dry then stretch wit blow dry by applying lotta body wit coconut & shea oil moisturize me curl & style milk (for all hair types) to soften da crunch a lil then pick a lil at roots & I'm done. All I gotta do is lay my edges wit wateva gel or jam preference. But I'm lookin for dat gel dat will give me medium hold wit softness witout any extra add ins. (By da way just started my wash no go in Nov 2018 inspired by Rayna 😁😍😎😚) Wat do u know bout da pink eco gel I keep hearing bout🤔??????

I feel like o tried wetline and had bad luck so stuck with eco. But the last few times I used eco (clear) I've had flakes and build up so I stopped. Maybe I should revisit wetline. I don't do any wash and gos though
