I love the mixed chicks leave in I've been using it for like a year with olive eco I have also done it with that black castor gel also. I was always worried it wouldn't work for me since I have 3C/4A curls and most of the girls I saw were 3A but its the best thing ever and even when my hair was bra strap a bottle lasted me 2 to 3 months and I wash weekly sometimes I refreshed during the week also if I was lazy.

Second ❤️🙌🏾my favorite is the eco cocktail or eco with coconut I usually pair it with cream of nature buttermilk leave in and grape seed oil. I haven’t gotten my hands on the eco with flaxseed yet.

The castor oil ecostyler gel is the only one I will use for a wash and go. I will try the mixed chicks leave in with it
The mixed chicks leave in conditioner is the cause of the crunch because Eco Black Castor oil and Flaxseed does not cause a crunch at all.
I just used Eco Style and Mixed Chicks with my perm rod set. Will see how it looks tomorrow. But I must say, I loved the way the Eco Style gel made my hair curl while rodding it. I'm knew to natural hair styles and trying to do whatever I can to make my short curly hair look cute. My hair has a similar curl pattern to yours, so I'll return to your site for more ideas. I loved the video and went out and purchased the leave in and eco. Once I put the eco in I started to get the clumps. What could I have done wrong. I didn't use any other products on my hair. 😔😔😔
Ok so I found the solution. I re-washed my hair and did not use alot of the Mixed Chicks leave in conditioner and when I applied the eco...it worked ready well this time. Thank you♡♡♡
I don't know about yall but I hate that with eco styler gel it feels like I have to use a lot of it to get the curls to clump togther and be defined. Whereas with other gels like the mane choice bold buttery gel, it just glides through my strands and with this gel less is more which I absolutely love. But I'm gonna try using less of eco to see if I still get the crunchy definition that I love
